Attached is the requested contract that was signed with the company From the previous pictures we sent it is very obvious the company did not complete the inside job nor did any work on the roof We have contacted the previous contractor to verify that the roof was all his work and it is As of today the roof is still leaking and has not been repaired by Kingdom Contracting nor have they answered any of our calls or returned our calls We are requesting a refund as the company was paid for work they did not do and there is no way to have the warranty used as this company does not follow thru Please be aware of claims other customers have submitted of this company and assist us accordingly Thanks!

and painting. But customer sanded too far and business had to add more mud to correct what customer had done. Business finished the work and customer paid him. Everything in the contract has been done. However, business is willing to return at no charge to do one more coat of mud on cracked areas. Customer is welcome to call the business to set up appointment.
