Great results on a couple of very large projects!

I had a large project to replace an existing deck and add a 18' by 18' addition with stairs on two sides The quality of the work was outstanding and done on time as promised I am absolutely thrilled with my new deck I highly recommend Rock County Fence &Deck!

Called and scheduled a time for someone to come out and do an estimate They cancelled the original appointment and rescheduled I was told by the person doing the estimate that they would be getting back to me within a week with the quote After a week and a half I had not heard anything so I called and was sent a "guesstimate" for $ A few days later I was sent a contract for double the price I spoke with Mindy who stated that she would have the owner contact me the next day about the difference in price since he was currently out of the office Days later Mindy contacted me and said "this is why we dont like to do estimates without coming out to measure" They had come out to measure! I spent an hour with the guy going over all the details Mindy did not seem to have any idea of what was going on She then stated she would go over with Josh and get back to me Well, that was days ago and I still haven't heard back Very unprofessional and disorganized After all these weeks I have gotten no where with these people and have not received an accurate quote or site plan Wasted time and effort Do NOT recommend

I had a wooden privacy fence installed late last season and it is warrantied for yearsThis spring I noticed several defective/damaged boards that need replacingOwner refuses to come look or replaceI have filled out form and sent pics per their response and still no action whatsoeverI have spoke to them many times on the phone and owner just yells at me and refuses to replaceWorkers were out on different issues and I showed them and they agreed they were horrible and in need or replacing and said they would be back to do soNoone has been out or responded to calls or emails other than owner yelling at me to the point I had to end the callI was told to come in and fill out paperwork first which I did and sent all pics via email and no response whatsoeverSome boards are very rotten wood and already have big holes and it has not been one year let alone I notified them first thing in the spring upon noticing and have been given complete run around

We hired Rock County Fence and Deck to install a cedar picket fence with two gatesAfter paying in full, we waited patiently in line (because they are so popular) for installationWe got excited when they showed up and worked diligently to erect what turned out to be the most perfectly amazing fenceI am still in awe at Marty Jr's workHe is a very skilled craftsman and I am over the moon thrilled with the over foot of fence they installed on our propertyAll the workmen that came to dig holes and plot lines and clean up were professional, respectful and courteous! Thank you to Marty Jr, Manny, M*** and the two fellows who dug and plotted all the holesI am already planning a deck expansion and can't wait to have you out next year!!
