I ordered a defective coat from Amazon that didn't even hold up for 2 wears. I contacted this company and have received no good resolution. I cannot drive to Franklin nor can I return and be without any coat due to my circumstance. I do not want a replacement as I do not even believe at this point the coat is authentic. This company continues to try and push a replacement down my throat which shows they didn't even read my original email. I will be alerting the public, Amazon, all media outlets. I'm very disappointed in their lack of a satisfactory resolution almost condescending. I will warn all do not purchase from this company
