Very unprofessional and its true; tries to take advantage of college studentsMoved in and the house was a mess; there was trash still in the trashcan and it smelled poorlyIn the middle of our tenancy we received notice from the city of salisbury there were too many people living in our house and only was allowed in the district; we had on the leaseRoop group suggested we lie to the City of SalisburyCity of Salisbury said this had happened before with the Roop GroupDifficult to get ahold of/get a responseWe weren't notified when people wanted to look at the houseMove out was disastrous because we had to clean everything the owner left and power wash the house/ steam clean carpets; which hadn't been washed in years obviouslyDidn't have our house lead inspected until we were about to move out; never heard inspection results and they cleaned every area before they took the lead sample

My family with young children and I are having a most in-humane experience with The Roop group Property Management and its affiliate *** *** Realty Agent
We moved into a rental property based on strong encouragement and promises that the property was "checked with a fine tooth comb...", This was not the fact at all, the property was very poorly maintained (almost never according to surrounding neighbors) I e-mailed the listing agent (with *** *** Realtyowned by the same owners of RMG) with attachments of documentation of inhabitable concerns and issues that need addressing, only to be ignored with no e-mail reply
The property I was told when going to their office with my complaints would "Take a few tenants to realize what was wrong with the house..." that RMG only "Just got this house and it had been managed by another company."
In addition to our having to clean due to unsanitary conditions, we have since had sever physical injury, no shows for pre-existing needed repairs/maintenance...There was never a walk through and when asked the listing agent stated" We don't do walk throughs." So, basically we are expected to pay rent for a property that has numerous pre-existing damages unsanitary carpeting that they will now not replace in several rooms on two levels>> including the front porch entryway where my minor child (who suffered great injury,( luckily no stitches needed) had a faulty glass front door break and shatter upon his opening it, cracked glass on a window on the lower level..too many pre-existing problems to continue to mention
One question stands out significantly...Who inspected/ walked through this property and deemed it habitable for anyone let alone my children and who because of any other undisclosed/mentioned defects are fearing risk of further extreme physical and mental duress, We are being forced to continue providing revenue to maintain what was never valuable enough to maintain for the safety of my family or any resident??
Why is over-seeing this company that this unacceptable negligence has been allowed to victimize people with non-disclosures to say the least??

Roop group suggested we lie to the City of Salisbury. City of Salisbury said this had happened before with the Roop Group. Difficult to get ahold of/get a response. We weren't notified when people wanted to look at the house.
