We were provided the neighbor's contact information by [redacted] personally. We did to the cut lock and from there, there was no additional allowance onto the property during the hours [redacted] was at work, hence why her neighbor's information was provided. There is no proof that the leaning was caused by our builders as the project wasn't adjacent in anyway to [redacted] ***'s property At this time, I do not feel there is anything to discuss further unless [redacted] decides to allow access to the property to where the fencing options discussed could be handled, as originally the plan prior to getting the neighbor (who was stated to be home all day) involved This is a shared alleyway, where we did not personally do the concrete work and were called because our trucks were in the area We have not had any other complaints from any other neighbors behind the property and it was determined that there was exit ability unlike what was reported in the initial complaint

On several occasions, we have attempted to satisfy [redacted] and sent workers out to make a repair to her fence even though the issues were not at the fault of our company. Her shares an alleyway and her gate allows access in/out of the yard and has been that way since initial inspection.... Additionally, the images she provided did not show her complaint. She has requested the fence be leveled, at which time we responded with that the gate would have to be cut and capped; this was of no problem to do on our end, to accommodate a neighbor at one of the jobs they are working on and to avoid conflict within the area. However, [redacted] has been unreasonable as to her demands and has had our team meet with her neighbor, which is not standard policy when doing work on another homeowner's property. We cannot confirm satisfaction when this occurs. Both foreman are aware of the situation and one has personally met with [redacted] ***. At this time, we have no further action to take other than await her permission to access her property and do as she requested. It has been nearly 2 months and I am uncertain as to if further damage was created or this claim has been embellished due to her own personal interaction with the workers.
