I was out of town dealing with a death in the family and JUST got home a few hours agoThe complaint was NOT resolved! The business owner never contacted me to resolve it!

The customer contacted Revdex.com after the business's mentioned time frame because no contact has been made to address these concerns.

[redacted] called stated that the refund that was suppose to be issued to him by the end of the month he has yet to receive.

Review: On April 22 2016 I ordered a nucleus colony from this business for a total amount of $174.29. I was emailed a receipt . The website said the colonies would be ready for pick up May/ June timeframe. Those times came and went. I never received a call or email about pick up. I called the first time at the end of June and left a message. I never heard back. I called and emailed several times. Never heard anything. At the end of June beginning of July I called again someonesomeone finally answered and said the lists were being put together and I would be called the next week. I have not heard from them since and my husband and I have both tried calling. We want all of our money back. We are worried that since it is now the end of July it will be difficult to install the bees and give them a chance through the winter months.Desired Settlement: We would prefer a refund because of the time of year.

Review: May 10, 2015 - I paid for a 3 lb package of live bees to be mailed by a specific date because I would be out of town after that date. The total price was 155.88. I personally spoke with Jerry M[redacted], owner. The package was not delivered by the agreed upon date, owner was contacted and he agreed to ship the package the following year. Live bees have a very narrow window (about 10 days) when they can be shipped via mail). The package was not delivered in 2016 despite phone calls and at least one email. Mr. M[redacted] stated he "forgot", states he will mail a package the following year or I could meet him (driving one way) for a lesser product. When I requested my money back, he stopped communicating with me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of $155.88

Review: MONEY HUNGRY SCAM ARTISTS! I bought bees from this company and I received an unmated or unfertile queen and was told I can PURCHASE a new one.... In 6 weeks she has laid 0 (ZERO!!!) eggs and my bees are starting to age out and die! I'm at risk for losing my entire colony (and investment) thanks to these con artists. I had a local bee keeper who has been doing his a LONG time come check out my hive and she told me what I had assumed- faulty queen. This owner of the company, without seeing my hive or getting any further information, told me they were swarming! I was told to avoid this company due to terrible customer service and I didn't listen as they were near to me. LESSON LEARNED! They're just trying to rip people off because they can. SCAM ARTISTS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Desired Settlement: I want a new queen ASAP. A live and mated queen- what I purchased!

Review: I purchased package bees from rockhillhoneybee farm Inc they said my bees would bee here on a Monday I didn't get them until Thursday dead at the post office.I called rock hill they gave me a tracking number Tuesday so I got online to see where they were well this joker sent a box to [redacted] with a label with his address and my addressthen they gave me bees from [redacted] which I never would of bought.now my box of dead bees has a label on it my address and his Virginia address not one mention of [redacted]. I have pictures at the post office of the dead bees and a copy of the tracking from the [redacted] track numbers are availableDesired Settlement: $157.00

Review: In September I was looking for packages of bees, I found Rock Hill Honey Bee Farm that advertised packages of bees; 3 lbs with mated queen for $110 plus shipping for 2 packages at $53.00 and Tax $11.00. I purchased 2 packages and made credit card payment through [redacted] the only alternative the business gave. The packages were to ship in May and I received an email indicating they had shipped - priority. I continued to check with the post office and then emailed the owner [redacted] to find out where they were. I was then told that they did not have enough bees and that they were not able to ship any bees to me. I requested a refund; [redacted] stated that the refund would be by check as they could not process it through my credit card as it had been too long since the original transaction. It has been more than 2 weeks and I have not received the refund. And when I inquired as to when the check was sent; I now receive no response at all.Desired Settlement: Complete refund of the $284.00 and a note on your site that this business does not live up to its obligation.
