Paid for sponges but never received
I placed an order May 24th, and the money was taken out of my account on the website account is says my order was shipped but I never receivedIt also says a tracking number was made but never shippedI have tried calling many times for days never an answer and I have emailed many times with no responses back It has been a month and I'm worried they just took my money and I will not get my sponge order
Has not contacted me back regarding lost package to refund my money or replace product
On 3/18/I purchased a sponge for and s&h, it was shipped via USPS tracking XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXMy order *** USPS seemed to have lost my package (it was scanned as 'out for delivery' on 3/24/and then marked as 'delayed' and then no further update) I contacted Rock Island Sponge via email on 4/7/saying it was not received and if they could inform me what steps to take or what happens in this case In the meantime I was going back and forth with USPS regarding their lack of tracking updates, and on 4/16/they sent me a letter confirming was lostUSPS also called & told me to contact the business to get a resolution regarding refund/reissue/etc USPS enclosed an insurance claim form but I don't know if the package was insured because no on has responded to me (Also that may need to be claimed from the business' side, not mine) I contacted Rock Island Sponge on 4/17/v
I returned product for a refund to the card used to purchase and have not received the money or any contact in over a week
I purchased sponges on Aug Company took wks, emails, and phone calls to ship Received sponges that were not to a quality I would accept I called and spoke with Dan O., the owner, who confirmed that they would accept a return and credit my credit card for a refund I shipped them back on 09/13/and they were received and signed for on 09/15/(USPS Tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) I have not received any contact or refunded funds I called the company yesterday on two different phone numbers and left a detailed message with no response in hours They now have the sponges back AND still have my money with no response

I ordered sponges, cost on July 25, and only received back an ***@mail.authorized.net that the transaction went throughInvoice *** This was a *** purchase There advertisement states will be mailed within hours I've tried calling several times and I have emailed them times (both to the company's address on their website and the ***@YAHOO.COM address on the transaction receipt This is a bogus company that just steals money from peoplecan't anyone do something about it
This is a horrible company when it comes to customer service They took a week to create the label for shipment then took days to ship it and finally received it like weeks later
The products are awful They are supposed to be premium sea sponges but they came dirty and not properly cleaned As such I didn't want to use them for their intended purpose of the shower
sponge came with some dried up bits of I'm assuming is the outer shell of the sponge
Another one had blue spots and a random hair in it
This is unsatisfactory merchandise and I have emailed them and got no response
I try to call but no one picks up and you can't leave a message
I suggest you look elsewhere for your sponge needs
