Dear Revdex.com, Attached are two email chains that include the correspondence between RoCreations and [redacted] ***, complainant to the Revdex.com To respond to [redacted] 's allegations, I just want to say that, in my opinion, her complaint bears no merit whatsoever Over and above some untruths about the number of times that she alleges that she tried to contact us receiving no response (please see attached references), she had only to request that we cancel and refund her money, as we did on 9/7/ Cancelling and refunding money has never been an issue or problem with us Instead of requesting a simple cancellation and refund, she initiated a complaint with the Revdex.com That action was totally unwarrented and unnecessary Some people like to cause unnecessary hassles for other people, as we are all aware We did have some issues with our Gmail and Outlook email systems wherein [redacted] did not receive our response to her initial email requesting an order status, a mere three (3) days after placing her order After trying to explain that we experienced a couple of issues (our fault!!!), we receive NO understanding -OR- forgiveness from [redacted] From [redacted] ***, we were given no time to react to rectify any situation, before she initiated contact with the Revdex.com and filed a complaint I think that is ridiculous, but I understand that some people are just that way So, anyway, I informed [redacted] that we had cancelled her order and refunded her money, as she requested, on 9/7/ That is what she says she was seeking as a remedy for her complaint That remedy was immediately taken by RoCreations after [redacted] asked for it There should be NO issues remaining as her remedy has been met It is worth mentioning that RoCreations lost money and time due to [redacted] ***'s lack of patience, understanding, and forgiveness, in that we had already spent time working on her project Dealing with her frivolous complaint with the Revdex.com is just more lost time and money Such is life and business, isn't it? Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
In an attempt to obtain an update to my order, I sent several emails, all of which were met with no response. A request for a status is not at all unreasonable, especially since the website did not provide clear updates and I was uncertain from the start about the validity and trustworthiness of this company.
I only received a response after I issued a complaint to the Revdex.com, so their excuse about their email server is not believable. In addition, after this, I received several surprisingly hostile emails from Jeff, the owner, which were not only unprofessional and abusive, but upsetting given that his company is in the pet memorial business.(I just lost my beloved cat and placed an order with his business for a memorial stone.) To be treated like this from a business owner is simply unacceptable.
This owner need to learn customer service and communication skills. I do not recommend this company at all and strongly urge others to think carefully before doing business with this owner.

 It is worth mentioning that Rock-It Creations lost money and time due to [redacted]'s lack of patience, understanding, and forgiveness, in that we had already spent time working on her project.  Dealing with her frivolous complaint with the Revdex.com is just more lost time and money.  Such is life and business, isn't it?
 It is also worth mentioning that Rock-It has, and will, bend over backwards to make each and everyone of our REASONABLE customers happy.
