My inspection date was on Dec Dec *** It is now Feb *** and this hasd been an ongoing issue I have been back and forth and up and down with this company They cleared up my billing issue but awaiting to complete my turn up If it wasn't for their HR Deptand myself constantly hounding Onforce, my issue would still be there Charle F* was of no help and he is the CEOShame on this company]

Unfortunately, it has been explained a few times as to why the non refundable deposit will not be provided to *** *** Costs went into his project to try and get the permit needed to install the solar panels well in excess of the $he is seeking such as getting both an asbestos testing certificate and a flood elevation survey certificate required by the NYC Department of Buildings As per his signed contract he would have been responsible for additional monies had we chosen to follow the wording on the agreement Instead we chose not to go that route as part of a customer service good will gesture As much as we would have liked to obtain his permit and build his project within months it was not possible and as with any construction project there can be possible delays which most if not all consumers are aware of

This is a business to business complaintThe company can call in and speak to our accounting department

In both cases, Onforce did not provide the proper documents to obtain the permits and it show their negligence in handling this process.In addition, on 1/**/16 I contacted Sunpower (the company that is supplying the solar panels) to seek help in obtaining my refund. They stated they could not help since there was no order place by Onforce to purchase the solar panels. They also said since the solar panels was not order, the penalties stated in their agreement with me is not enforceable.  The issues are the following and stated previously: 1. The first permit was denied due to lack of activity from OnForce. In addition, in both permits, documents sent to NYC for the permits was limited. Therefore putting the issue on NYC is not warranted.2. When I called SunPower, they indicated to me that they show no order of the solar panels for me and it should have been so that once the permits were approved, Onforce could move forward with the project. In addition, I also learned that Onforce at that time was unable to obtain these panels from SunPower.3.  Lack of communication on the project from OnForceBased on the above, I feel OnForce was negligent and should refund the deposit. Not that it pertains to my issue, can OnForce explain why within in our block I believe they had at least 4 customer who contracted with them and none of them they completed and move on to another company?

The customer cancelled well after the period where he was allowed to do so. We spent several thousand dollars permitting his project. He actually owes us money. Look at the cancellation section.
