Revdex.com spoke with business rent check was sent to consumer on Wed Oct 1st, 2014  
The consumer has been told that company cannot legally withhold the security deposit from the tenant.  
Side deals made between the consumer and the tenant, takes the property management out of the picture as such the property management company is not able to enforced any side deals between either party.

To whom it may concern, I did send out a check on the 30th of last month with several other payments which all have been received.  So I have put a stop payment on the check that was sent and will send out a second one today certified mail to assure it is received by the customer. Regards,[redacted]Owner DPMR[redacted]

The consumer will be issued two months rent that will be mailed out tomorrow. 
The security deposit will be returned to the tenant as there were to many side agreements between the consumer and the tenant.  The tenant was given the keys directly without the company as such there is no way...

to prove the condition of the house prior to the tenant moving in.  There were issues the door lock, window lock, carpet and garage door, as far as company is aware some were repairs made.  Consumer is no longer communicating with the business so it is difficult to resolve any concerns at this time.  
The consumer agreement (ended July 31, 2014) is two months past the agreement period as such there is nothing more that the business can do as he was not allowed to do his job because of the side deals made behind the company's back. The company has attempted to assist in communications between the consumer and the tenants and the side agreements which they made.  Since the business is no longer permitted access to the property and the consumer is no longer communicating with the business there is nothing additional that can be completed.
