I purchased an online deal for Rock-N-Row RaftingI called in my reservation a month in advanced, but when my party and I arrived, there was no documentation of this reservationThe entire rafting portion of the trip was booked, so the individuals at the company suggested a tandem inflatable kayakThe individuals insisted that this did not require any previous experience on the river and reassured us that we would be okayWhen my guest and I reached the first set of major rapids, we were thrown out of the kayak and battered by the rocksWhen we were rescued, we were obviously shaken up from the experienceThe staff checked on us and reassured us that we would be okay for the next set of rapidsOnce again, upon reaching the second set of major rapids, we were thrown from the kayakAfter the second time, my guest and I were not comfortable with getting back into the kayakAt this time, it was brought to our attention that a party of two had cancelled their reservation earlier, and there were two available spots in a raft the entire duration of the tripWhen I purchased the online deal, I was expecting to go on a rafting trip for beginnersI was not expecting to end up in my doctor's office who looked over the multiple injuries I sustained during the experienceThe negligence and miscommunication of the staff at Rock-N-Row is responsible for the injuries my guest and I sustainedTheir lack of action is unacceptableWhen I called the company to inquire about a refund, the individual whom I spoke with implied that my guest and I were at fault since we â took the trip,â and that they held no responsibility for the incidences that occurredIt is disappointing that my experience with Rock-N-Row Rafting has made my guest and I too frightened to ever try rafting again

Terrible experience and terrible customer serviceThese guys started to do trail rides and made a lot of promises and talked as if they had a lot of experienceThey do notWe agreed to a 2pm to pm kids ride and a 3pm to pm adult rideThe plan was to all finished at pm with everyone The first issue was that we had to sign up yet do the trail rides at a completely different facilityThis wasn't a big deal but it was not communicated and it caused a minute delayThe second issue was that the person in charge lost her keys and we had to wait ( kids in seven cars) for minutes while she searched for her keys Once we got to the arena to do the kids trail rides it took another minutes to get the horses set up and actually goinghen o'clock rolled around we barely had started the kids rides and were in no position to start adult rides, especially because two or three of the horses that were used for the adult rides were being
