RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , they did issue the refund so I consider this issue revolved. However, the owner stated in her response that she wished I would have contacted the business by email or phone. 1.) They have no phone number listed anywhere on their website. 2.) I e-mailed them and never received a reply. 3.) The fact of the matter is that I paid them for a product that they NEVER sent me. They never sent a confirmation e-mail, a "your order is delayed" email, Nothing. NOTHING. This is bad business. Furthermore, it took me complaining to the RevDex.com to get my refund which they should have issued after I sent the e-mail that they never replied to. Yes, I have my refund now, but I would caution consumers to be wary of this business based on the information listed above. How do you take money from someone, never send them what they paid for, never communicate with them, and then become indignant when the customer seeks help from the RevDex.com? Please post my comments on your website in order to protect others from this company. Regards, [redacted]
