From start to end Rick Roofing is the BEST!! I would highly recommend Rock Roofing.
Well Thank you very much for the review. Always here if you need anything at all.
This roofing co representative agreed to resolve a product issue with me per handshake agreement. He later reneged & was rude & abrasive about it.
As noted above I perceived that upon my calling my issue of dissatisfaction to this co representative and after an argumentative discussion, who then had agreed to resolve the issue to my satisfaction, then later reneged on his promise and, again, was rude and abrasive about it toward me. I used no profanity or abusive language toward him to instigate his behavior toward me. This is no behavior that any co representative should convey toward the public/customer i.e. Making a promise, then reneging on said promise and being rude and abrasive about. This person definitely instigated the whole ordeal with me.
As was handshake agreed upon with this co rep, I want the inferior (junk) product replaced with at least the same quality of the product that was in place when said co did the job, at no expense to me, as it should have been done the right way in the first place.
J*** is a complete liar and called a week ago about a job we installed over 5yrs ago, he began the conversation yelling, cussing and threatening Beau that he was calling Revdex.com, consumer agency, etc, before we even knew what was going on, so beau goes and takes a look at what's going on and upon arrival J again begins cussing and acting very crazy saying that he had a guy replace gutter guards that blew out while he was cleaning leaves and said we were going to pay for that too so at that point beau said let me get with my brother on this to see what we can do and then when he called me I told him absolutely no way that we will be doing anything about this we gave him what he paid for and some and we do not leave any of our customers hanging but this guy was just watching something for free. The roof was done over five years ago with of course no issues so now to be calling about some random gutter guards is completely absurd

Well,the first phrase of this co's response explains the mentality of the people we are dealing with here. We can accuse each other of lying; but that will accomplish nothing. Thus, the rest of the story with integrity. Upon Beaue's (Co's rep) arrival I perceived a defensive attitude of disgust as though he felt his presence was a great imposition to him. His demeanor steadily deteriorated from there. If one can understand what I stated in my complaint you will understand that I stated I did not direct profanity toward him. I explained to him that I was very frustrated by the fact that his co installed sh___ gutter guards on my gutters that repeatedly blow off and I have to get a ladder and replace each blown off guard. every time. I showed an example of a blown off guard, that was laying on the ground at the time, and the gutter where it came from that was full of leaves and debris. Disgusting! These guards have no built in means of fastening to the gutters in which all guards but these do. I stated to Beau that these guards are absolutely no compliment to his co. To save face, the co should replace the guards with the same quality guards that were there when they did the roofing job. I showed him an example on the Home Depot app. When his co did my roofing job they removed the original guards that were in place at the time and threw them on the ground. I picked them up and placed them on the driveway anticipating they would be replaced. They didn't replace said guards and left my gutters with no guards. I called this to the co's attention in which they responded by placing the current JUNK guards on my gutters. Again, upon completion of Beau"s visit he definitely stated that the guards would be replaced with the ones (i.e. to my satisfaction) I showed him and WE SHOOK HANDS ON IT only after he finally changed his attitude and came to reason. His statement regarding his brother, who he said does the job scheduling, was that they would discuss a time when they could get the job done and he anticipated it would be soon. Beau said someone from the co would contact me. Subsequently, this is the response I get from this co.
Please note that initially (having to deal with Beau's attitude) I actually had to state that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and Ohio consumer protection agency in order to get him to listen to reason. I mean, come on, you have to be kidding. What a way to treat a customer
A few other FACTS about the roofing job this co did for me: #1) they originally installed the wrong roofing on my house for which they had to tear off said roofing and replace it with correct ordered roofing. #2) they broke two windows one being a 4'x 4' sky light which they had to replace. #3) they badly damaged many stucco boards that they had to repair and #4) they damaged beyond repair a wood window dressing that they still haven't replaced.
So, there you have it. The rest of the story. Again with integrity
Now to add even more lies to the story again is absurd this is all of a sudden arising after five years when we heard nothing of any of this when the job was completed this man is very hostile in person and he is trying to make himself sound very professional on his responses we called the Revdex.com before we decided on our resolution which will be absolutely nothing we gave you exactly what you paid for which is a high quality roofing job that has given you no issues.

I appreciate your compliment regarding my professionalism as I have behaved throughout this entire ordea. I believe what caused Beau's defensive, rude, abrasive and unprofessional behavior was the fact that it wasn't until either the 3rd or 4th time I called your office with no response and had to state that if I didn't get someone from the co to come and view my problem, I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com etc. Again, upon his arrival he had attitude. Yes, we had a heated discussion due to his behavior as noted here in above. For you to say I am hostile is a gross exageration. I'm a dissatisfied unhappy customer due to the fact that you have taken advantage of me. The horrible gutter guards are in the same condition they were when you installed them. The issue here, if you are able to understand, is not the condition of the guards, but the quality which never changes. Again, you did not replace my gutter guards with the same quality that was in place when you discarded them. The guards I showed Beau are the same guards that you discarded costing $1.97 each. It's unfathomable that you would fuss over this as you are. Yes, I'm fed up with having to replace the guards, you installed, that blow off the gutters. It is not unreasonable to expect replacement of the same type of guard you discarded for the current guards you installed that must have cost you 10 cents each. Do the right thing and proceed as I have indicated. I'm tired of your wasting my time on this. Joe public and the Revdex.com can draw their conclusion.
We just had our roof completed yesterday (9-8-19) and we could not be more happy of the way it looks and how professional the crew was while on our property! They did a great job at cleaning up so no nails were left behind and kept us informed both days they were there.

Rock Roofing did a great job replacing my roof and gutters back in Fall 2015. I called them up recently for some repair work. My neighbors tree dropped a big branch on my roof causing some cosmetic damage to my shingles. They repaired the damaged shingles for free! I highly recommend.
Crews were all professional and clear up was excellent. Overall they get a A plus rating.
They said they'd get done with tear off and new roof in one day, that was accomplished.
I could not update my previous review so here is the new one. *** at Rock Roofing worked with me to take care of the problem on my roof. He found that the roof jack nails were not pounded down or worked themselves up. Rock Roofing came out took off the shingles at the problem areas fixed the nails and replaced the shingles. I had waited a few moths for the big temperature swings we have here, and the roof great on those areas repaired. 5 stars to average the 2 star review I gave last year. More importantly I would use Rock Roofing again and would recommend them
First and foremost anyone who works as hard as the roofers do in the heat deserves at least a couple of stars. The guys at Rock Roofing work hard. Unfortunately it stops there. I am on my 4th attempt to engage Rock Roofing to fix what they have already identified as an issue from an installation in late 2016. I cannot get them to move. The shingles have waves in them. When I had the job quoted I requested they add extra $'s for more decking to fix any leaks, I identified 3, and any other bad spots they found. So in my opinion there is no reason the shingles should have so many waves in them. Beau from Rock Roofing agreed but nearly 2 years later it is still not fixed. I get a response after each letter I send but that is all. The rest of the time radio silence. I followed all of their instructions to wait for a hot summer and more but the waves are still there. Short story: If you pay them they will be gone and you will be left holding whatever they leave you.
