[redacted] Deposit Disbursement paperwork was mailed to her new address on July I am not sure if maybe she gave us the wrong address but I called my corporate office and was told that it was mailed out on the 20ndThe file was completed on our end on July 17th which is when we sent it to our corporate officeFrom there our corporate office handles the restThe check was mailed in the amount of $ [redacted] has called our office at least times asking about the deposit and I told her everything I know and let her know that if she wanted more information she would have to contact our corporate officeI was the one that talked to her every time she called and told her the same thing every timeAs for the AC issue we were made aware of the issue with the leaking AC and sent a maintenance tech over to see what was going onAfter looking at it they called a vendor out to fix the AC who is more qualified to handle those kind of AC issuesWe had the vendor fix the AC and our maintenance then patched the hole for herWe then gave [redacted] a $concession for having to deal with the AC troubleThroughout her time here she was very hostile and not always easy to work with but we did our best to work with her on everythingUnfortunately once we mailed it to the forwarding address that [redacted] provided us with it is out of our handsWe can have our corporate office stop the check and re send a new one but that is about all we can doWe legally have days to complete and mail the file and it was mailed out to her prior to the days
