[redacted] I submitted a rebuttal to the business' response and don't feel as though I was clearI appreciate being given the jacket, however; an incomplete jacket is not what I was hoping forA free jacket was not what I was expectingI don't feel that the response by the business is entirely forthcoming about how this situation was actually handledI am sorry [redacted] had a health crisis but [redacted] had made a commitment to me and for months, I was left without knowing what was going on with my orderI had no way of knowing she was ill or to simply order from someone elseRegards, [redacted] *** I am rejecting this response because:After I placed my complaint, it was explained that [redacted] was out for a personal issueNo further follow up was givenWhen I requested my son's letter be returned, I was notified, by [redacted] sister, the jacket was ours to keepA gracious gesture though due to the situation, the jacket remains incompleteIf only notification that circumstances beyond control had been on the business number recording, this situation could've been different Regards, [redacted] ***

Good morning,I am unsure what you are expecting as a response It was requested that just the letter for the jacket be returned That was the customer request In addition to returning the letter I gave a $jacket to her Had she requested that the order be finished I would have done so As far as putting on my voicemail that I havebeen out for [redacted] is not necessary It is my personal issue and I would prefer the whole world not know what I a dealing with on personal level I wish the best for her and her family It is unfortunate that I am also dealing with this and my health at the same timeI am truly apologetic that matters have are here with a customer....all others have been extremely understanding.Thank you dearly for your time,***

Complaint: ***The only option I had that was close to the situation was a "delivery issue"When I asked from March 4-April about my son's jacket, there was no responseA simple "due to unforeseen circumstances..." would have been sufficientI am truly sorry about your diagnosisI was the same age as your children when *** *** my motherI am more understanding than you can possibly imagine, however; I am not going to use my loss to berate someone withI have lost other family members to *** this year and am watching friends in fights for their livesI get itThis isn't about ***, your diagnosis or any other illnessThis is about a business situation that was not handled properly.Let me make myself clear...if I am ill, for any reason, I have a responsibility to let those I have made commitments to know that I am unable to meet their expectationsWhether it's my boss at work, or someone who has a personal order they're waiting on, I have a responsibilityI shouldn't be expected to clarify that I wanted the jacket finished as I had ordered a complete jacket-December The next communication I received was Friday, January 30th that you had been illAs far as I knew the jacket was finished on February (per your text message on February 6) and should have been ready for payment and pick-up I did not expect a free jacket, let alone one that wasn't finished on April Though I appreciate the gesture, you missed the point. This is my last communicationI wish you the bestI hope you recover from your illness.

have had great pleasure taking care of business for [redacted] in the past.  She has been a goodcustomer.  Unfortunately her order was caught in middle of a personal life crisis I had with needing emergency surgery. She was made aware of the situation and it was resolved as soonas was possible.  The jacket was delivered to her at no charge. Thank you for your time,[redacted]

[redacted]I submitted a rebuttal to the business' response and don't feel as though I was clear. I appreciate being given the jacket, however; an incomplete jacket is not what I was hoping for. A free jacket was not what I was expecting. I don't feel that the response by the business is entirely forthcoming about how this situation was actually handled. I am sorry [redacted] had a health crisis but [redacted] had made a commitment to me and for 3 months, I was left without knowing what was going on with my order. I had no way of knowing she was ill or to simply order from someone else. Regards,[redacted] 
I am rejecting this response because:After I placed my complaint, it was explained that [redacted] was out for a personal issue. No further follow up was given. If only notification that circumstances beyond control had been on the business number recording, this situation could've been different.

Good morning,I am unsure what you are expecting as a response.  It was requested that just the letter for the jacket be returned.  That was the customer request.  In addition to returning the letter I gave a $240 jacket to her.  Had she requested that the order be finished I would have done so.  As far as putting on my voicemail that I havebeen out for [redacted] is not necessary.  It is my personal issue and I would prefer the whole world not know what I a dealing with on  personal level.  I wish the best for her and her family.  It is unfortunate that I am also dealing with this and my health at the same time.
