In response to claim # [redacted] the concrete patio that is in question and installed by Rock Solid Concrete LLC on 10/9/2014, has occurred cracks in it over and above control joints we put in is unfortunateThese are due to what I believe are frost cracksThese occur when concrete is in a young age and frost gets under the concrete and raises itIt is unfortunate that this happened but it is something I can not stand behindThe unwanted cracks I believe occurred from frost pushing up through the slab that first winterDue to the fact that in my investigation of how the cracks appeared and when they appeared the soils that are under the gravel base are a contributing factor.Sincerely, [redacted]
