Complaint[redacted] did not deliver what he was contracted to do. He walked off the job before it was complete.We paid for a patio, walkway, boat slab, and a trash can pad. The cement set up on the patio before he could finish, and tried to fix it with quick Crete which made it look worse, he never removed any forms from the boat pad, an that also got away from him to, and just left it. The sidewalk has chunks falling out of the sides.Desired SettlementRefund the money we fronted him for materials of $2100.00. We had to pay for the concrete because he didn't have any money. So we paid for the concrete, and we want a refund of the money we paid him, so we can pay a professional to fix the mess they left us with.Business Response /[redacted]/ Yes my name is [redacted] owner of rock solid concrete I did the job for Mrs. [redacted] in Suffolk Virginia I don't understand her complaint . I did not walk off the job and I did not leave it unfinished I've been in business for many years and have never left the job unfinished I got paid in full and Mr. [redacted] he told me himself everything looked excellent. I have since then stopped running my company . Because I was working 80 to 90 hours a week. And I am planning on spending more time with my children and family. Thank you for your time [redacted].
