We moved from CA to Florida when my wife find the property onlineEverything seemed OK on inspection except that the walls were really in a bad shape and the house seemed like kind of neglected but because the house was close to my mother in law we accepted itThe day we moved in we encounter some problems and the biggest one was roachesWe were there for a few days and we found out that the house is severely infested with roacheswe contacted the management after avout a week they send a technician who told us that it will take at least few months to get rid of roacheswe emailed management many times about the problem and their solution was us to move out live with relatives for a month until the problem solve and then we move backWe didn't accept their offer we moved out immediately because we afraid our year old son would get sick the condition was unacceptable and unsanitaryWhen we request that first months payment and deposit they refusedWe decided to take them to the courtI absolutely not recommend to work with this business, they are dishonest they knew about the problem before removing and they failed to disclose thatStay away from this business

They take multiple people at once and take their application fee and leave their homes up in order to make a quick buck until they finally decide to rent a property out
They waited almost a week to run my credit and background checkWhen I called to find out what's taking so long they gave me a spiel about how they had others to run alongside mine.(Keep in mind that I had my application in the day it was out the doorThey're the ones who put it off until more people applied.)

I absolutely not recommend to work with this business, they are dishonest they knew about the problem before removing and they failed to disclose that. Stay away from this business.
