I went into Rock Solid Countertops and More to look at granite. I was very pleased with the service I received there. My Sales person was very helpful in explaning and helping me pick out my material. The work was done professional and the installers were very neat and clean. What a wonderful experience I had with Rock Solid Countertops and more I would recommend using this company.
Had our kitchen renovated recently here on Marco and could not be more pleased with the granite counter tops purchased and installed by rock solid. I am a plumbing contractor in Delaware and believe me when I say I have seen the good the bad and the ugly when it comes to granite installations. Rock Solid was competitive and worked nicely with my general contractor. Most of all the workmanship and granite is beautiful.
I would stay find a reputable company to work with and stay away from Rock Solid. We had a countertop and backsplash installed by them. The countertop that was installed was not the same one we ordered. The backsplash that was installed by Rock Solid does not look like it was installed by the professionals that we thought we were getting. My husband and I could have installed the backsplash and would have done a better job. The customer service is horrible and the company itself doesn't care about you as a customer. They only want your money. STAY AWAY FROM ROCK SOLID. FIND A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT YOU AND ARE CONCERENED ABOUT THE WORK THEY DO. THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CARE.
Hello review readers. I usual don't write reviews. Seems like too much effect but I really needed to make a point. I have been shopping around for updating my kitchen and bathroom counter tops. I went to a few places and I felt like the salesman guys want to sell me what they wanted not want I wanted. So my last stop was Rock Solid. I was already pretty frustrated by the time I walked into the showroom. I was greeting by a young man named Eric. I explained my situation and how much I wanted to spend. Eric was very respectful and patient. He spent over an hour with. What made this purchase happened was that Eric was working hard to meet my needs not just a sale. It was a pleasure working with Eric. I left the place feeling good about my purchase. Thank you Eric. I wish there were more sales people like you.
