The manager contacted me after receiving my request for bid. We made an appointment for meeting on site. I received the bid later that day, I agreed to price and conditions. Project started the following Monday and was completed the same day. I requested 'traffic lid' for septic tank, when tank was delivered from the vendor, I noticed the wrong lid attached. The proper lid was ordered and installed. Staff went out of their way to satisfy my requests for inlet piping and distribution of excess soil.
Great installation, great to work with equals happy customer.
