I am rejecting this response because:
The consumer does have proof that she did call him She left messages and has proof of at least six calls to business She does recall that he doesn't want to work on Saturdays and doesn't remember him saying that he would get in touch with her about scheduling She would have been willing to wait if he did She wouldn't have contacted the Revdex.com.The consumer had two other contractors come in after he finished painting (several weeks later), but they didn't do anything that would have caused the problem She was there the whole time they were there The one contractor wasn't even upstairs The other contractor was a friend of Eric's, and didn't cause it The consumer didn't recognize the damage initially because the problem can't be seen without natural light and the home is located in a semi-wooded area It was cloudy and the consumer didn't notice them at first The three problem areas are in three different areas of her home She wants the business to come back and correct the three spots The consumer is willing to purchase paint, if the business is willing to do the work

Again, I never received phone calls nor did I receive messages. I will touonly the areas with at least other person(my employees) being there as a witness, I will provide a sign-off sheet to be signed by *** at the end to keep on file, I would only be able to do it on June 1st or June 2nd at 8am(after that my next available time is in late July) for an allotted time of 1-hours, and the paint is already in her basement(labeled with the color and area in which it was used)

We started the job January 10th and finished January 19th. [redacted] had moved out of her condo for the entire month of January while the work was being done. I did break a flower pot, I did let her know right away, I did offer $100 discount for the broken flower pot, and she did accept and told me that...

the amount was more than enough since they were inexpensive to begin with. Why is this issue being brought up? [redacted] was present several times during and after the paint project to inspect the work that had been completed. We even did a thorough walk through after the project was complete and she loved everything that had been done. On Thursday, January 29th, I picked up final payment and again we walked through the entire condo with no complaints. She moved back into her condo around mid-February. I did get a call from her around mid-March asking to call her about some touch up spots. I returned the call and said that we were extremely busy with other projects and it would be a few weeks before we could even think about doing something and I didn't like to work Saturdays as much(family time). [redacted] was fine with that decision and said she understood. I did not receive 6 phone calls or phone messages. I never promised a time frame - due to our workload - in which any touch-ups would actually be done. I could be fairly certain that I would also have to touch-up other locations that were disturbed from other contractors that came after me (carpet layers, carpenters, and others). Our workmanship was approved by [redacted] several times and even when I picked up the final payment no such requests were made. It's only 60 days after the project was complete that a call was made......a lot can happen in 60 days.
