I am rejecting this response because: the date that I went to Executive Mini Self Storage located on Freeport Blvd, Sacramento, Ca was on March 25, approximately 1:p.m. I had called originally prior to me going to the place of business when *** told me that my unit had been sold/auction. At that time, I requrst *** and *** to provide me copies of the letters they state that were mailed out to me. *** responded by saying that they didn't have my records any longer. I asked when they had the sale/auction and *** stated January 28, 2016. I again told them that I had not received any letters or notifications. The address on file is my parents address whom they have lived there for over years and they have never experienced any problems receiving any mail. *** went on to say that I had *** *** in my unit which is not true. She further stated that I had come into the office and urinated on the office chair. That also was untrue. Again, before I left the business I again wanted to know the name of the person who had auctioned my personal property and asked how much they sold the unit for. *** then pointed to a sign that read something to the fact that they can refuse service to anybody. I told them that I was a customer since I had rented a unit at that facility. I also asked who was the owner of the business, and they both refused to give me any information
