Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/12/30) */ We understand that since you have a larger number of credits available that it would be difficult for you to use all of your remaining credits in the time frame of expiration which is days after cancellation of your membership agreement For this reason we did offer you days to use any remaining credits that you have after cancelingWe do also have a freeze option where you can freeze your account to help give yourself more time to use your remaining credits There are also options available to you for use of credits where you can use multiple credits for hour and a half, two hour, or hot stone massages as well as facials or dual services where you receive a massage and facial in a two hour appointment While travel and other time obligations do sometimes make it difficult for our clients to come in for the services included in their membership, we do call all of our clients monthly when their membership dues go through reminding them that they have another credit to use and offer to book them an appointmentWe also are open days a week and have a wide variety of appointments available on those daysFor our clients who are busy with work, traveling, or family obligations we do suggest that they book out in advance and let them know that they are always welcome to call and change or cancel the appointment if something comes up, up to the day before the appointment We are glad that you consider us favorably to a gym membership as we do try and work with everyone to help them use any leftover credits that they may have after choosing to cancel our services We would love to hear back from you and can discuss ways that you can use your remaining creditsHowever, we are already doubling the day policy that is set by Massage Envy as a company and is also in the membership agreement that you signed up for and we are not able to put an unlimited expiration date on your remaining credits
