Review: I had placed an online order for 5 rock stickers on June 9, 2014. At the time of ordering the products there was no indication that some of these items were out of stock. These items were paid with a Visa Card online. The monies were then deducted from my account on June 10, 2014. I received 2 of the 5 items on June 21, 2014 indicating that some of the items I had ordered were out of stock and that I should receive in 2-4 weeks. Before I made the order I went over the sellers shipping information on their website. It states " Orders are shipped out 1-2 days after we receive the order, if the items are in stock. (80% of what's in the web site we have in stock). You get your order in 3 - 7 days after we receive it. If we do not have the item in stock we will back order the item for you and notify you by e-mail to keep you informed about your order and when you can expect it (2-8 weeks). If you do not receive an e-mail within 2 working days of your placing the order, it means your order went out."

They did not email me to let me know at the time of ordering that these items were out of stock, nor did I receive them in the time allotted (which is what their policy states). I did email them on June 25 and June 29th I received a reply on July 2, 2014. Here is there reply to me: I don’t know why it took so long for you to get them. They were shipped 6/11. We order stickers ever 2 weeks and then another few days after we ship it to get to the customer, so that's why it takes 2-4 weeks. Also the manufacturer is sometimes out of what we order and we don’t get it. It could take up to 8 weeks as stated below. Also we don’t e-mail the out of stock notice because we put it on the invoice when we ship what we do have in stock. We only e-mail the out of stock e-mail if everything you ordered was out of stock. We feel that is communicating with the customer. Most of our customers don’t feel waiting 2-4 weeks is a long time but we understand you might.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund my credit card and change their shipping policy to reflect 4-8 weeks...Not the 2-8 weeks. If they have inventory they should be able to reflect that in what I ordered online. I would not have ordered something that was out of stock. I was anticipating that I would have received these items at the same-time that I received my order on June 21, 2014 , it was only then 12 days later that I was notified that there was a "Out of Stock".

Customer placed an order online for 5 stickers on 6/9. We processed the order 6/11 and sent out 2 stickers that we had in stock. The other 3 stickers were out of stock. On the invoice we sent her in her order we included this message:

We are out of the other items you ordered. We should have them back in stock in about 2 — 4 weeks. Will ship asap. Thank you for shopping with us and sorry about the delay. RSHQ We then received this e—mail from her:

If I do not hear from you regarding my emails on this order. I will have to notify my bank and place a "claim" against the payment that was sent to you for failure to communicate regarding orders not received and I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com. You have not been very forth coming with this order. Please advise

In your packing invoice it states that it will take 2—4 weeks..really?? Could you please advise me on when I can expect this..2-4 weeks seems like an awful long time.

We then sent her this e—mail on 7/1:

As you can see,r she forgot to include the last line of our e—mail in her complaint "Therefore we are canceling the rest of your order and refunding the rest of your money. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your order. Your account has been credited."

We credited her account on 7/1 for $11.50 for the items she didn't receive.

She said she didn't receive what we shipped her on 6/11 until 6/21 , but I believe she is lying to make her case sound better just as she left out the last line of the e—mail we sent her about canceling her order and refunding her. And if she's not lying then it was the Postal service that didn't deliver it in a timely manner. We do not indicate online what is in stock or out of stock as we are a store on the Boardwalk and sell so many items every day that it would be too much work to do that and we can usually replace the out of stock items in 2—4 weeks as indicated on our website.
