Reyna *** is very dishonestWe did a walk through and the tenants left stuff and she claimed it was her staging the property which we never agreed upon and there was no furnitureThen she wanted me to pay $to pay for what the tenants left She did not pay me the security deposit that was owed to me for the damages done by the tenant
Very dishonest. I used them to handle my rental property for 3 years. I dealt with Reyna [redacted] and she is very dishonest person. They kept the money that is owed to me from the damages the tenant did. I am filing with [redacted] as well. When tenants left there stuff, Reyna decided she wanted them and said she was staging the property. In the 3 years, they never staged my property and now she is trying to charge me $500 for the stuff that was in my house. The tenant mentioned how her and Reyna became very good friends. So now Reyna decided to work for them and not pay me what is owed to me. They never do what they say they do in there contract. They were suppose to do 2 walk throughs during the year and they never did. They never took pictures before and after the tenant left . I would not recommend them!!
