First off the order was no purchased under *** *** name
for those tickets but rather *** ***. Below is the information that was sent to her
She open her PDF on Monday night. We had upgraded her to better seats (in our opinion, which is what we do for 10,people per year). She didn’t like the upgrade and wanted her original seats left. As you can see below, we responded by the next morning sending her back her original seats back. The person in them was more than happy to take the upgraded seats.
Also, I just reviewed their tickets and they did print off their original seats and they did redeem them at 8:01pm on the 16th. They have also scanned their parking pass and have used their meal tickets. I can give you exact times on that as well if you would like.
So this is just someone complaining for a reason to complain as I gave them back exactly what they requested and they used them.
We have over 200,people to our events annual without this kind of response. I may consider not allowing them to renew in the future
