Horrible se vice department! I dropped my trailer off to get the back drop gate hinges replaced (had to be welded on)The gentleman on the phone said it was no problem but when I got there the parts manager aid they don't do that and they would have to take it up the street for the fabricationI said ok and I need it back as soon as possible because I use it for businessWeeks went by and I had to call multiple times to get updates even when I asked them to call me with an etaLong story short they had my trailer for weeks without one phone call to me to apologize about the length of time or a status updateI'm in the service industry and this experience was horrible! I would never think about treating my customers like this

This is the 4th trailer we have purchased from RocksThere is always some peice missingThis time it was the foot plate for the jackI picked up few other things I needed in store while they “prep” trailer to be soldI go back out and no foot plateI ask about itThey tell me Well you have to buy itSo after I have purchased a 2k trailer and buy locks and things for it, I have to go back in while Jimmy himself sees my displeasure for all that has gone down he charges me another $plus tax!
