Review: I purchased a [redacted] Design black leather Living Room set with a double reclining sofa and a massaging reclining chair.He allowed me to use their layaway plan so I made monthly payments until it was paid off, and during that time I purchased new vinyl flooring along with aerial rugs.Once the furniture and the vinyl floor was paid I asked them to bring the furniture, that's when the problems started. His delivery people brought only the sofa and I asked what about the other chair then they called the store and he told me that they sold the chair but he would get me another one the next week. This transpired on February 5th because they had to wait due to the winter storm Nemo, and they finally came on the 18th he did not order the right chair. We contacted the store again then I told him that I paid for the power chair because I had cervical spine surgery a few years ago and I am constant pain most of the time it is so sevrer that I had to go on disability and that is the type of chair that I needed. Weeks past and no response from him eventhough he promised that I would get it as soon as possible. He started avoiding and not return my calls. I went back to the store and I was told that I would get my chair by the end of the week it came, but it was the wrong color.I've been having trouble sleeping,tightness in back and upper extremities and I need this resolved it is not right for me to pay for something for me not to receive my products.

Review: On June,13,2012 I purchased sofa bed+ottomans.After 2 months of use the ottomans started have a indentations on each corner,so I called to the store.The store manager told me I going to get new pieces.I waited....I was told that a couple of months until March 2013,then he told me I not going to get new ottomans,so I brought the two pieces to the store to fix it.On this time we started use the sofa and it happen the same thing what before with the ottomans.I had return my ottomans and I brought to the store sofa to be fixed,but when we start use the ottomans the problem is repeat.Still have 1 month of warranty....but it's make sense to fixed????

The Rock Bottom Furniture & Carpet told ,they will give me a new different type of sofa but it's not going to be a sofa bed.I need a sofa bed to put sometimes my guests to sleep ,not regular sofa....

This customer, [redacted], has been serviced once already on 2 Ottomans and 1 Sofa. Rockbottom is going to replace the Sofa as good customer service. To have replace/repair all 3 items in a short time is not normal wear & tear, it is abuse.

I was serviced on 2 ottomans(sofa is still in the Rockbottom store)When I picked up "repaired" ottomans and bring them home a saw they looks done very sloppy(they was much taller than was originaly,they did't match the same high like the sofa ,staples comes out etc.)after 2-3weeks the condition of repaired ottomans was the same even worst.

Review: March of 2012 my granddaughter's bedroom set was delivered and set up by Rock Bottom. The headboard of the bed was damaged upon delivery. The Manager, [redacted] assured me that the headboard would be replaced. After almost one year and numerous phone calls, dishonesty from the Manager and visits to the store, the headboard has still not been replaced! This was a complete child's bedroom set costing approximately $600.00. His business location is now 3 [redacted], Norwalk, CT 06851, telephone, ###-###-####. I think I have been reasonably patient and am extremely disappointed by his deceitfulness. Review: Rockbottom was hired to install and stain hardwood floors on a brand new construction 3000 sq ft home. After the installation the floors were stained and came out terrrible with a lighter color border around every room. The company was given a chance to repair which meant re sanding brand new floors down to the natural wood. In doing so the brand new kitchen cabinet rails were damaged from the sanding machines causing nicks on the rails. After the second time of re-staining the floors the workers were so sloppy they didn't tape off anything and got stain all over the brand new white cabinets, new painted door casings, all over the white painted base trim and all over the new painted doors. In addition there are fingerprint stains with visible fingerprints all over the top of the window sills from them opening or closing the windows. The window sills cannot be painted. After having all the damages quoted I submitted repair bills to Rockbottom for reimbursement which was very fair considering I had the cabinet company come out and repair as to replacing the brand new cabinets. The total damages were $4675.00. Rockbottom reimbursed me $500 for the floor (the company never showed up to poly the floor so I had to hire someone else) and $675 for cabinet repairs. However Rockbottom has refused to reimburse me $3500 for the painting bill. Owner Walter C[redacted] keeps telling me he will reimbursement me and make it right; however it has been several months and he still has not reimbursed me for the damages. Pictures have been taking of every step)Desired Settlement: Refund of $3500.00

Review: I purchased a bed frame set from the store. The headboard leg has cracked. Store owner came out to take photos and mentioned a new one will be ordered. It has been over 6 months and nothing has been resolved. I have been to the store over 3 times and the owner states it will be in next Friday. Every Friday it does not seem to be there. I would like either an entire new bed frame set or just the headboard to the set. This has been going on far too long.Desired Settlement: I would like either an entire new bed frame set or just the headboard to the set.
