Rocket Car Wash

on June 30 2019, We went through the car wash (which I have used multiple times over the years used to work right beside there) and when driving through the dryer it sucked out mirror out and it landed on the concrete inside car wash and shattered. When we went and told the man there he had me go inside (Tom) and give them a report and handed us a paper with their managers name and phone number and said it would be handled and told us they recently installed new dryers and they are too powerful and doing damage to some cars.
The paper states claim would be processed in 2-5 days and someone would call us no one ever did. Traci has called multiple times 3-4 before reaching the manager Crystal Berry. Finally after 4-5 time reached her WEEK OF JULY 15TH and she asked questions like age of our vehicle and if it was previously damaged which is was NOT and our Jeep Grand Cherokee is in great condition for the age should not matter. She told me she would call me back or someone higher then her would call me BACK AND STILL NO ONE HAS. THIS IS THE DRIVERS SIDE MIRROR!

I have been a customer of this carwash for years(paying monthly). On 3/9/18 I went through the carwash and one of the spinning brushes on the Right side of my car hit my car mirror so hard it flipped it in, and startled everyone in the car. As soon as we pulled out I checked my mirror and there was a scuff on my mirror (On my brand new less then a year owned car 2015) I went straight to the window and a younger gentleman came out and took a report of the damage and sent me with a slip that stated "We will try to process your claim fairly within 2-5 business days. Our customer service representative will be responding to you by telephone or mail. Dated 3/9/18 with the 765-*** number noted(which is the carwash number to the gentlemen that cannot help me). When I asked how they were going to handle fixing my car they stated they would send me to a local car place here in town to have it buffed out. Today 5/16/18 I still have not received a call back. I have however called multiple times and the gentlemen that answer always state that there is no manager on site. Upon request for a number to contact someone they keep telling me they are not allowed to hand it out but someone will call me back.
