Terrible dealership, both sales and serviceOne star is too highPark Chrysler Jeep of Burnsville sold me a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee with pre-existing but hard to notice damageI later discovered that the luggage rack was loose, and in fact, lifted right up off of the roof of the carStill under year factory warranty and took it in to the service deptto be fixedReceived wonderful lip service on remedying the situation and customer satisfaction, but was then told I needed to see the general manager, Steven *** [redacted] stated the factory would not cover it, and the repair cost would have to come out of his own pocket, so he baulked at repairing itHe obtained an estimate from a body shop and offered to pay halfI obtained estimates on my own behalf and they came in twice that of his, but [redacted] would not budge on the lowest dollar amountI asked if he would at least throw in a handful of free oil changes, which he said yes, but later did not deliverBoth the sales and service department reflect this skinflint leadership style, where actual customer satisfaction is a matter of making the customer feel good by lip service and not action

I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Park Jeep In Burnsville Oct 11, At that time there were no issues EXCEPT I was sold a car with a known RecallThey did eventually fix the recall after several days (I was told it would take 45mins by Tech Mike) After that "fix" My Check Engine light came on- I would bring it to the dealer and was told it was an evaporative Leak and they could fix itThat was nearly [redacted] months ago and STILL the light will come on with the SAME issuePark has tried numerous times over months to fix this issue and have failedTechs were called from Michigan to assistNothing has worked The owner Jon; the tech Nick Dknow of this ongoing issue I called Chrysler Customer care- Since February I was told to do the same thing over and over yielding the same results- Car isn't fixedThe cycle of "Ron bring the car in and get it fixed" only to have the engine light appear within days or a week Chrysler told me there is nothing more for them to do- every

I believe that Park Chrysler isn't following the Revdex.com Code of Advertising Specifically, #RebatesThe terms “rebate,” “cash rebate,” or similar terms may be used only when:
Payment of money will be made by the retailer or manufacturer to a consumer after the sale; and
The advertising makes clear who is making the paymentIn addition, advertisements that include rebate promotions must clearly and conspicuously state the before rebate cost, as well as the amount of the rebate Rebate promotions also must clearly and conspicuously disclose any additional terms and conditions that consumers need to know, including the key terms of any purchase requirements, additional fees, and when consumers can expect to receive their rebate-I visited Park Chrysler late May 2017, drove a couple variations of the Pacifica Daniel Hermanson was our salesman Van 2C4RC1EG2HR656132, was in the showroom, and at that time, I was given a price on that car I let them know that was a higher price range than I was looking to get, but that I would be in touch-I noticed that the price of the van he had tried to sell us at the showroom had dropped quite a bit I emailed him asking for an updated price and listed out all the incentives/rebates I thought I might qualify for and told him I wanted to take the 1.9%apr He confirmed the price drop He told me I could get the conquest, the $sams club, etc He said he’d get back to me with a price I don’t have a screenshot of the price on the van that day, but it was discounted over $6000+ listed as dealer discount-Jun 12-I got an email from him saying he had the numbers for me I called him and he started talking about monthly payments and when I asked him the price of the car he couldn’t give me an answer I asked him to go back and figure everything out again and give me another call When he called back he explained that his manager had handed him the old price sheet (from the day of our visit) and that he now, had numbers for me On this call he told me the Sams’s Club was only $500, (that was one piece of info that was correct) I didn’t qualify for conquest offer, that the 1.9apr wasn’t available anymore (not correct) funny since this info is on their website The “numbers” on the car also seemed way off I pulled up the website (photo A) When I told him the website said the EZ price was 36430, he began to argue with me I went in and out of the website several times trying to find the info he said he had I sent him a photograph of my screen I also sent him a photograph of the apr info on his site, and pointed out to hm that the Sams’s Cash info on the site was also incorrect He had me go up to the search icon and input the word “pacifica”, if you went through the site that way, there was an alternative page, he also sent me a photo of the altpage That page showed the EZ price at $ Of course, this all ended with the old, come on down -The next day he called to ask if I had looked at the numbers (He hasn’t sent them!) He told me that he got the bad information from his managers While on the phone he sent me (doc A) I asked him why it didn’t have the price of the car figured out for me It also didn’t list which rebates they were including in the price He figured that the price would be $ Now, that is not the EZ price on their website Every time he was confronted on a fact, he said it was a manager I have all the emails, etc What matters though is that they are misleading and misinforming customers, no more proof is needed other than the fact that they have multiple webpages for the same cars and even after having this brought to their attention, they haven’t fixed it-I contacted the Chrysler Incetives department on my own the next day to find out for myself what I would qualify for I also chatted with Emily from Chrysler Customer service to file this complaint During the chat she checked the site and had the same outcome If you need a transcript, I can provide one If you want copies of all emails, I can provide those too Of course, it’s difficult to write get everything down here I feel like they are misleading people by telling us on the site and in person that the EZ Price is the Price of the car Furthermore, there in no indication that the Park Discount may include rebates It also doesn't give any of the Revdex.com required info specifying which rebates they are applying and how a customer qualifies- inaccurate info
-inaccurate advertising
-inaccurate info from salesperson
-inaccurate rebates listed on their site
-Too difficult to get a straight answer on car pricing
-No apology for all the confusion on the website
-Even though these inaccuracies have been pointed out, no correction

Following an oil change at Park Chrysler Jeep I noticed that the reminder sticker on the windshield showed a milage of 3,miles beyond the current mileage This seemed unusial since the oil change was with full synthetic oil which has a service life well beyond 3,as stated by the oil manufacturer I figured it was an hones mistakeOn a subsequent oil change the same situation occurred at which point I spoke with the Service ManagerI informed him that this was the second consecutive time this had occurred and one might reasonably suspect that it was not a mistake, but rather an attempt to generate sales that simply were not warranted He assured me that it WAS a mistake and he would remind his technicians that 3,miles was not appropriate for full synthetic oilToday I again had my oil changed at Park Chrysler Jeep and I immediately noticed upon picking up the vehicle that the oil change reminder sticker again was 3,miles beyond the current mileage Clearly this does not seem like a simple mistake when it happened three times in a row It is highly unlikely that my Jeep will ever be seen in the service bay of Park Chrysler Jeep again

Customer service is non-existent at this dealershipWalked in and the sales folks were on their cell phones and didn't even think to greet me or ask if I needed helpSo I patiently walked around the main area until someone finally noticed meMost of them saw me but still insisted not to say anythingSteve "OTIS" finally decided to say something to me and gracefully helped me out the best he couldAlmost left with the vehicle I wanted but at the last minute noticed there was a dent on the vehicleOTIS inquired about the dent to a Korean guy who was in charge of writing up the numbers and from my perspective he was very disrespectful and rude to his own salesmanHe became somewhat irate telling OTIS that the dent has always been thereIt was quite uncomfortable to watch as OTIS is quite an elderly manI would never recommend this dealership to anyone

Purchased a certified Chrysler on 06/13/with 29,miles on it.On 02/17/brought car back to Park Chrysler Jeep for a oil change after oil change car developed a inch crack in paint and body on rear passenger door pillar between rear door and rear window took car back to Park Chrysler told us to take it to Lehmans Garage in Savage for repairs upon inspection Lehmans said car had been in a substantial rear end collision and repair would cost$took car back to Park Chrysler and they said they would only pay $on repairsPark Chrysler never disclosed the car was in an accident,we took car through Paradise Car Wash in Savage and wiring in fuse box located in the trunk started shorting out lights flashed, blinkers came on,dash lights stayed on, and radio wouldn't work, took car back to Park on 03/22/and car wouldn't repeat short at that time Park produced Carfax stating car had been in rear end collision on 02/02/the car fax were never disclosed at the time of

My husband and I, bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee overland with all the bells and whistles then upgraded shortly, within a year or so to a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Summit fully loaded as wellWe chose the Jeep brand, because we love to endorse and promote our American made brand, locally made, promote economy and jobs, also believed that Jeep is a good product and it stands behind their brand supposedly, but regrettably our experience proved us wrongActually we upgraded to a Jeep that has a renowned manufacturer defect with the air suspension especially during winter times and almost every months, we receive a recallNot to mention we are still waiting for recalls to be fixedWe brought our Jeep to Park Chrysler Jeep after scheduling an appointment on the phone with Jeep Consumer Center We had our Jeep for (3) winters, 2017/being our 3rdEvery winter when it started getting cold the fuse would blow from the cold for the "air suspension" which means the Jeep is locked into a height that you can’t drive itSo the last years we just took it to somewhere other than Jeep service department because their labor is so high and the cost of the fuse is $1.00!!!! Well my husband dropped the jeep off at 12:pm on wed 1/3/They called around pm saying it was fixed and he could pick it upHe got there and was charged $He no more than got down the road from the dealership and the fuse had blown!! He brought it back immediatelyHe was dealing with service advisor Kurt throughout this whole nightmareWell then he got a ride home that evening from the dealershipMy husband communicated with Kurt everydayWhen my husband would call, he would state that he's working on itI called on Saturday 1/6/and spoke with KurtWe needed our car and was wondering when we were going to get itHe told me that they probably will not get to our jeep today (Saturday) because they had to work on the cars that had appointmentsReally?? Didn’t we have an appointment? Then he called my husband on Monday 1/08/stating he had fixed two corroded cablesAnd was question about fixing the module under the driver’s seat that has four cables connected to the air suspension, according to himBut he said it would run about or so but he couldn't assure us this would fix the problem for goodReally?? You want to fix something and charge us over but, you’re not sure or confident this is the problem??
So Kurt called my husband around PM and said that he's got some good news and bad news but never mentioned the bad newsThe good news was that they fixed our car but there is another issue which is the cannot provide shuttle to pick my husband up as I was at work, so Kurt suggested that they use our vehicle to pick my husband upSo my husband goes outside our home and kept waiting in the cold to be picked up5:and nobody shows up yet, so my husband called Kurt back and Kurt response to him was "the driver id test driving your car, I called him and gave him your address, he should be there in a minute"5:there the driver showed up to pick my husband up in our JeepNow back at the service department, my husband goes to the counter to check with Kurt, and now he tells him that they think they fixed the car and he walked him to the cashier counter and said to my husband "here is the hard part", they charged us $for hours of labor!!!
Wow!!! During all the conversations on the phone with Kurt not once did he ever mention the cost of anything or even ask us "hey this is going to be this much$$$$$, do you want us to move forward and fix it?"
My husband in shock!!! So Kurt said he could slash the cost by 50% to make it $ And still my husband was not buying into itFirst of all they told my husband they worked on the car for hours labor, well HMMM..??? They had our Jeep from Wed 1/3/to Monday 1/8/ Which is doesn’t make sense at all!!! So he proceeds to ask my husband "do you have any credit cards?" My husband asked why?? He said just put it on a card… my husband was so upset about how all this was handled, he was not paying them anything!!! Then it's almost 6pm, the service department closes at Kurt told my husband I keep the car then, I can’t let you drive it until you pay the 50%My husband didn’t have a ride home and since they had no shuttle vehicles back and they couldn’t give him a ride back home since our Jeep was used as a shuttle vehicle to pick my husband, so he just walked out and said "you will be speaking to my lawyer"I was working, my husband’s phone was dead not knowing he was going to not be coming home with our Jeep he walked miles or so to our home in the cold weather, unfortunately that night was -degrees F in Minnesota plus the windshield (almost -or more)No gloves, no hat not even dressed in a warm coat since he did not plan on walking home or anywhere for that matterHe did not get home until 7:PMSeriously, what kind of customer service is this?????
So I decided Park Chrysler Jeep was not going to treat my husband or anybody for that matter the way they didOn Tuesday I went on my lunch break to resolve this matter myselfTo my surprise when I arrived at the dealership I was informed the GM was not in the officeSo spoke with MrSteve Davis whom was in sales Wasted my time telling him my story...Then he stated someone would call me by 4:that dayWell nobody called our Jeep is just sitting there we have no car still! So Wednesday 1/10/I get a message from service manager Nick V, this is Kurt’s manager He stated he had a family matter yesterday but will be in the office today (Wednesday)I called him twice during the course of the morning and late afternoon No return call...go figure!!!!Then enough was enough...about 4:PM I decided to go there and get my JeepWell I finally find Nick, we sat down and talkedHe did most of the talking telling me he's a "Christian man" which I didn’t think had anything to do with my matter...he went on to say he's never had a problem with Kurt or any of his employees for that matterHe stated he believes what his employees tell him and that they want to make customers feel valuedThat’s just a line of BS!!! Do you think we feel like a valued customer through this whole ***-show?
I don’t think soI told him I'm not paying him anything and I want my jeep back and I will never come back to this dealership for anythingHe said to me "do you know who has to pay this money? ME" He said he will have to pay the out of his own pocketI said, ok now let’s go get my jeepI want to make one thing clear in this review…
We are not the type of people who go around trying to get something for nothingWe work hard for our money like everyone else in this world But when we take our vehicle to a service department for a problem we expect them to at least mention to us "hey we diagnosed this as the problem, it’s going to cost X amount of dollars and then we give them the OK to move forward and fix itThey scam peopleThey play all nice and fake when they have your vehicle and do not disclose ever in conversations on the phone how much money they plan to charge you until you physically get there and you’re stuck!!!!
Well this kind of service needs to STOPI will fight for something when I know someone is ripping me offThis place does not value customer service at allI think they should be called out on their bluffFYI… when I picked up our Jeep my keys were in the door handle, which as I'm driving away I stop and notice our key-fob for our garage is crackedI just continued to get homeI don't think I could waste any more of my time…

I called Chrysler Customer care- Since February I was told to do the same thing over and over yielding the same results- Car isn't fixedThe cycle of "Ron bring the car in and get it fixed" only to have the engine light appear within days or a week
Chrysler told me there is nothing more for them to do- every

I purchased a GMC Acadia Denali August 19th I first realized the passenger side windshield washer nozzle was inoperable and within a week the clear coat on the rear bumper was peeling offThe next week I realized the drivers heated seat was not working, I called my sales person on two different occasions to ask about getting the seat repaired and he never attempted to contact me backOn September 11th the vehicle stalled out and had massive amounts of smoke coming from the tail pipes It had to be towed to the dealerIt had multiple engine codes, a service stabilitrak light, service traction control light, and check engine light onThe dealership had the car for two days and said they couldn't find any issues with the carTheir mechanic then drove it home for the night to see if he could get it to "act up"They reported they could find no issuesI picked up the car on September 16th and asked about the heated seat, I was told by the used car manager that they were not going to fix itHe was extremely rude and talked down to me as though I was a child When I stated it was advertised as having heated seats when I bought it and that any sane person would take that to mean that it had working heated seats he offered to diagnose the issue but that they would not pay for any repairs neededI didn't have time that day to wait to have the seat diagnosed so I left and the very next day It was smoking out the tail pipes again with all the same lights on although it did not die It has had this issue ongoing since I bought it but continues to run so far with just intermittent service lights coming on When I called the dealership back all I could get was voicemail and no one returned my callsI gave up trying to contact them as I realized that they made the sale and were done dealing with me When the weather got really cold I wanted to get the heated seat fixed so made an appointment with service for January 2nd to bring it inTwo days before this appointment the front passenger side of the car lost all electrical components, the power mirror, door lock, heated seat, and power window were all inoperableThey diagnosed the drivers seat as needing a new heating element and did offer to split the $cost with me I agreed because its Minnesota and its cold with leather seats and no heat! They also said the passenger side needed a new switch until I told them the whole side was dead and I declined the switch as there is a bigger issue going on that they did not even noticeI picked up the car on January 4th 2018, left the dealership and the seat ran for seconds and shut off again I immediately called the used car sales manager as the service department had closed prior to me picking up the carI was transferred directly to his voicemail and he has still not returned my callI understand that I purchased a used car and it may have some issuesBut regardless of that fact the sales staff at the dealership was just terrible to deal withRude, arrogant, and belittlingCommon courtesy would be to at least return my phone callsThis was the second time I had purchased a car from Park Jeep as the first time I had no issues, but I will NEVER be dealing with them again!

I purchased a Jeep from this dealership I was paying cash and they made me wait for an hour (no big deal) I paid with a check, signed the paperwork, and left A day or two later I received a text that they could not take a business check so I procured their account info and wired the money The following day the dealer cashed the check they said they couldn't take I left messages for the manager, head of finance, and the salesperson I received a text from my salesperson stating that they know the problem occurred with no action I continued to call and leave messages and no one will return my call

I bought this vehicle for my yr old grandsonIt was CERTIFIED After paying cash, we discovered:
1) "Missing" key fob; extremely rude service manager during appointment to finally get fob programmed and pick up plates took 1/hours
2) days before plates were in...permit was only for days Being a kid, if he had been stopped
3) Low tire issue at test drive was not address other than apparently adding air
4) Grandson had a flat tire 7/20.....couldn't change it....NO KEY FOR LOCKING LUG NUTS! Park said to call Roadside Assistance and have then change to spare and bring vehicle in to Park Roadside Assistance came and said, "Sorry, we can't do anything....NO KEY" Got vehicle to ParkAfter another hours, disrespectful service said they didn't have a key and take to a a tire store like Discount Tire or Tires Plus Park would pay for them to remove the lug nuts and put on spare and to bring it back because it needed new tiresTire store said this (CE

I went in for an oil change, new head and tail lights, and a tire rotation on the afternoon of May close to closing I talked to the mechanic since all the service writers were busy - let him know that I was pretty sure my tires were in bad shape, and that I needed the new lights The mechanic was incredible - got me all set up and fluids topped off while I waited in line for the service writer
When the service writer finally got to me, someone else had pulled up my information and pulled up my oil change package and everything, and I told him again: new lights, tire rotation, I know the tires are bad And I went to sit down
Five minutes later: I was told they couldn't do the tire rotation because the bolts were "frozen" and would need to be cut and replaced So I declined the tire rotation
In another five minutes, the service writer returned and talked down to me about the bad (and known) quality of my tiresI understand that it's the end of the day and I took the
