On May 3, 2015, I placed an order for a dog grooming table cover for a total of $24.00 on http://www.rocketdogshowequipment.net/ website. I received an order confirmation e-mail from them on the same date.

On May 13, 2015, I received an e-mail with "Shipping confirmation for order[redacted] . I clicked on the shipping link in the e-mail and saw "Shipping Label Created" on the same date as the confirmation e-mail. The USPS information also showed it was a "Priority Mail 2-Day" delivery.

I had not received the item by May 28, nor had the shipping status on the USPS site updated, so I sent an e-mail to Rocket Dog Show Equipment and received no response to it or the other e-mails I sent on June 1, June 3, June 11, June 13, June 17 or July 7 (nor any sent through their website's "contact us"). I also left several voice messages during this time on their number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and received no response.

Ordered a grooming table beginning of april 2015. Repeatedly was told table would arrive early may. several emails later, no table or response.After placing order beginning of April, was told would receive table early/mid may. received email stating color of paint was wrong and asked if I would be ok with new color. emailed immediately stating I was ok with new color. told table should ship in 2 weeks. about 1 month passes, I email asking where my order is. never received a response. went to bank to dispute charges.order #[redacted]payment amount $112.00Desired Settlementwould like a full refund to either I or regions bank.

I ordered a dog stacking box and a grooming table on 4/18/2014. I received the grooming table but not the stacking box. I left voice mail messages and received no response. I sent an e-mail asking where the stacking box is. They finally responded saying they'd been out of town and there was an error in the shipping label, blaming it on the shipper. They indicated the lable had been corrected and the box was on the way. That was over 2 weeks ago and the box has not arrived. I left angry messages via e-mail and phone again. I received an angry message back and after escalation, they indicated they were calling the shipper and cancelling the delivery. I never received a shipping number to indicate the item ever shipped. They said they'd refund my money but no money has been refunded to the card so far. I told the company that I wanted to return the item they did ship. They refused to allow the return because it's past 14 days. Well, I've waited well past 14 days for my original order...... This is terrible customer service. They don't answer their phone. I've left messages and sent e-mails. Our turn around time on custom items is 2-3 weeks and we estimated her items to ship out on May 2, 2014. Ms. [redacted] contacted us on April 21, 2014 to let us know that she would not be in town during that time and would like us to delay the shipment of her items by one week. We completed her items and honored her request and shipped both items together on May 9, 2014. The grooming table was delivered to Ms. [redacted] on Friday May 16, 2014. Ms. [redacted] contacted our company on Saturday May 17, 2014 and informed us that the "gorgeous grooming table" had been received but the box was not with it. We contacted Ms. [redacted] immediately on our next day in the office - Thursday May 22, 2014. We are a very small company and only in the office 2-3 days per week. On May 22, 2014 we contacted [redacted] regarding the missing package and were told by them that there was a problem with the initial shipping label that was generated because the items were shipped as a pair, so the package never left the [redacted] facility in North Carolina. They assured us that they would generate a new label and the package would be on it's way to Ms. [redacted] with an estimated delivery date of June 2, 2014-June 5, 2014 - 7-10 business days after our inquiry date. We informed Ms. [redacted] of this information via email and moved on. Ms. [redacted] had the tracking information on both packages from the time that they shipped initially. We entered her email address and requested updates through [redacted] shipping AND entered the information into the [redacted] transaction. Both of these services sent her the package information and updates. 6 days later on May 28, 2014 Ms. [redacted] began sending threatening emails and voicemails to our company in the middle of the night regarding the status of her package. Ms. [redacted] was convinced we were in [redacted] and her package should have already arrived in [redacted] We contacted her on Thursday May 29th and informed her that our company is in NC and again informed her that the package was on it's way and would be there between June 2, 2014-June 5, 2014. Ms. [redacted] contacted us again 3 business days later on June 3 with more threatening emails and voicemails and asked for a refund. We immediately called [redacted] and stopped the shipment on her package and had it returned to us and refunded her the price of the stacking box. Ms. [redacted] continued to complain and threaten us despite her refund and requested that we pay for her to return the table that she ordered. We denied the return of the table for multiple reasons: 1)We do not accept returns on custom items and Ms. [redacted] table was custom made, 2)Even if it had been a regular non-custom item, Returns on regular items must be made within 14 days of receipt - that time window had passed 3)There was no damage or any issue with the table that would have warranted a return after 14 days. All of this information is clearly outlined in our policies on our website. Ms. [redacted] money was refunded on June 3, 2014, the day she filed this complaint. If she's not seeing it on her account she obviously did not give the transaction time to process. We have confirmation numbers to show the refund was successfully processed back to her card. Because our return policy is clear and the table does not fit within the policy we will not accept the return of the table, especially at our cost. Because Ms. [redacted] has been refunded for the box, we will not reship the box to her - especially not overnight which would cost more than the entire order itself. From the beginning we have done everything we can to accommodate and communicate with Ms. [redacted]. It's unfortunate that there was an issue with [redacted] in the shipping of the 2nd package, but that is not something we can control. Despite all of our attempts to make Ms. [redacted] happy she continues to complain no matter what we've done to fix the situation.

I ordered 3 grooming tables and and 2 arms on 4/3/15. Delivery by 5/1/15. Ordered on February 20 and still have not received On February 20 I ordered a grooming table from Rocket show dog equipment and they said they delivered it but would not provide a tracking number. Then they said they would send out another and they have not responded to my attempts to contact them since. Ordered and paid for a grooming table. It has not been delivered. It has been 3 months. On April 4. 2015 I ordered and paid for a lime green grooming table. Cost $142.50 total. According to their email the item was to be shipped. May 11.
