2. RocketHub does not oversee operations of any third party company, nor have we ever made any indication that services of that nature would be provided.
3. RocketHub does not allow for any type of investment to be made via its platform. All transactions are clearly defined as contributions or donations.
4. RocketHub only deletes comments or posts that are in direct violation of our terms of service, which specifically prohibit comments which are "threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful," etc.
Aside from confusion regarding the service that RocketHub provides, [redacted] does not have any issue with RocketHub. This complaint should be directed at the company which posted the campaign to our platform. When [redacted] contacted us, we promptly provided him with the appropriate contact information to follow up with the manufacturing company he funded.

Terms clearly listed with "guarantees" were never met.  Promises  for the "company" to start production and buy manufacturing gear was never done.  Contacting the business does me no good as they did not take my money OR charge my credit card.  Rocket hub charged my credit card therefore Rocket hub is responsible for any problems with the end agreement since they are the ones that received my funds.  Contacting the business does no good as they can't refund something they never billed, Rocket hub billed me.  Rocket hub made money off the transaction from their site my agreement was with what was stated on the funding page.  None of which is accurate therefore there is a breach of contract.  Contacting the company I'm told my order is cancelled and it's a Rocket Hub deal now since Rocket hub took the money and they didn't receive the funds or my order.

Review: Rocket Hub is a company that assists start up companies in starting a business getting "funders" to fund them money to start their business. They have allowed "companies" to post projects that are very misleading to the consumer. The project I funded was a "manufacturing" company however the company has never manufactured anything nor had the tools to do so. Rocket hub never even reqired any sort of evidence that they could manufacture what was posted on their site. They promised a "guaranteed" return on your investment by the company forwarding you products when they were up and running as a manufacturing company. However dates and timelines have passed on them giving me a return on my investment. The company continues to operate and sell products online but has completely blown off Rocket hub funders to deliver what they promised. Rocket hub has also allowed this company to post 5 projects on their webside without checking to see if any return on investment on previous projects that were posted as promised by this companys post on their website. They have also deleted negative posts from previous projects warning future funders not to fund. They do this so future funders will still fund and Rocket hub will get their cut. When you contact them I'm told that they are not responsible for the claims the manufacturer makes and it's ok for them to post fraudlent things on their website and delete posts warning other consumers not to fund. They say that any claimed guarantee by the person posting the project is not their responsibilty. I however feel that they are at least somewhat responsible for the accuracy of the claims on their projects. Ultimately we are consumers to Rocket Hub and the accuracy of what is posted is very misleading to the consumer if NOTHING has to be accurate and they can post whatever they want with no legal ramifications and delete warnings alerting other consumers. It seems like fraud to me.Desired Settlement: I would like what is promised on the Rocket hub website in a timely manner. Per the website we were promised items in return from the company if the company is sucessful. They have grown and merged with a another company growing even larger and more powerful. They continue to sell products on their website and are producing. Therefore I deserve the return on my investment or a refund with interest as a return on my investment since my credit card has charged me interest.
