hours to respond when I am building a website in real time needed real time support is UNACCEPTABLEMy bank is already handling the dispute case and I am confident, I will receive my money backHowever, an honorable company would have no issue with refunding for services not used or a product not wanted by a consumerUntil you do this I will not mark this issue as resolved!
