Rocket Wash

I have spoken with [redacted] regarding the damage to her tire and have explained to her why it could not have been caused by Rocket Wash. We have a flat belt style conveyor that the vehicle sits stationary on, we do not roll or push the vehicle through the wash, therefore eliminating the possibility...

that she rolled over something inside of the car wash, even if debris were to have fallen off of another vehicle the movement of the conveyor system wouldn’t allow for anything to be present on the conveyor when she initially pulled into the wash. We are extremely cautious when we look over vehicles prior to washing. We do not allow anything whatsoever in the beds of pickup trucks and deny washing any vehicle that we feel could be a potential hazard to wash. The Assistant Division Leader that spoke with [redacted] the evening of the incident offered change her tire for her, and went as far as helping her empty out the trunk of her vehicle into the backseat of her car and removingthe spare (only to find out that that was flat as well) He then offered to take the spare tire to Kwik Trip to air the tire up. She said “no”  and requested he take her to Walgreens to buy a can of Fix A Flat (which he did)There was no recommendation of Fix A Flat suggested to her at any point by any of the crew at Rocket Wash. I faithfully believe that she picked up debris in the road way that became lodged in her tire and it happened to give way as she was going through the wash, possibly because of the vast temperature change as it was very cold the evening of the incident. Rocket Wash did not cause the damage to her tire, nor have we ever had any prior complaints or questions regarding tire issues.  We offered to help [redacted] the best we could that evening (without any suggestion of Fix A Flat) Please contact myself if I can provide you with any further details as you complete your investigation of this incident. Sincerely, [redacted]
