From start to finish, [redacted], owner of Rockface Waterscapes, was on site doing most of the work. Jeff has an eye for designing waterfalls that is just plain natural. When he was done, I had a beautiful waterfall and stream, and it only took 2 weeks to accomplish. He is conscientious, careful with your property, and polite. Not to mention reasonably priced. I give Jeff high marks for professionalism.

[redacted] is truly a master at creating waterscapes. Whether you want a pond, waterfall with a stream, or some other type of water feature, [redacted] can make it happen. He created a waterfall with stream for us that is truly amazing. The project came in on budget, and was completed in a timely manner. It is something that we will enjoy for many years. I have a large pond with 4 waterfalls. The pond not been cleaned in over two years. My previous pond cleaner left a lot to be desired. So I searched Google
for a list of businesses which performed pond cleaning. Of those reviewed, I chose Rockface Waterscapes of Orangevale, Cal. The owner Mr. Jeff C[redacted] and I inspected my pond and agreed on just what was needed to bring my pond back to its original condition. Mr. C[redacted] arrived at the agreed time and completed the job in less time than the estimate. Mr. C[redacted] not only cleaned the pond but performed other maintenance (rock repair and landscaping) that was not on the original estimate).

We have a beautiful 55 foot meandering creek bed with a dry creek bed next to it. It was built by [redacted] 2 years ago. We love it and the work he did. I would highly recommend him for his character, work ethic and eye for design and rock placement. [redacted]

Jeff C[redacted] and his crew are fantastic! They turned my algae filled pond into a stunning pondless waterfall. He explained each step of the process and what maintenance would be needed (practically nothing)! My yard has been transformed in one day to a show stopper...I highly recommend this great company.

We hired [redacted] (owner) over a year ago to build a 45 foot water feature in our backyard. It was a big job and a big scary financial commitment for us. The entire experince was very good. Him and his crew were great to have in our backyard. We enjoyed having them over and watching the progress. The result is spectacular, our backyard with the help of his work is like a resort now, day or night, (we did lights, I recomend lights you can enjoy the waterfall twice as much and at night it is a whole different experince). The inevstment in our home for the enjoyment of our backyard, my wife and I agree is some of the best money we have ever spent.

Rockface Waterscapes built a beautiful waterfall/stream for us. [redacted] was professional, courteous, and quick. He provided a clear quote within our price range, explained everything in terms we could understand, had a good knowledge of fountain plumbing and electrical systems and what we needed at our home, and started our project quickly within our time frame. He and his workers worked quickly and cleanly, keeping the area and the access path as clean and clear as possible. His workers were courteous and worked competently. They worked through bad weather as much as possible to get our job done on time. But most importantly was the gorgeous waterfall he created. He has an artistic gift to envision and create beautiful, natural-looking water features. Our water feature looks like a part of a mountain stream from the foothills. We are extremely pleased with [redacted] and his work.

Background is that we wanted to convert a waterfall with pond into pondless. The outcome from Rockface was perfect and affordable. They made sure that we understood the design, what it would look like and what it would cost. Jeff was just terrific as is his crew. They are professional and polite!

So, as Rockface is doing their work, we discover a leak in the irrigation system that has been there for years, a major leak at that. Jeff troubleshot the problem and then put us in touch with right persons to make the final repair, and coordinated the work.

We had our waterfall and pond done by another Company was [redacted] then but now [redacted] 3 years old we were so unhappy with the job they did. It was done in all little river rock. We couldn't even walk around it without rocks falling into the pond. My Husband actually had to go into pond and put rocks back under the waterfall needless to say we were very unhappy. We saw [redacted] at home show once again and asked him to come out to see what he could do to fix the problem. Oh my gosh he did an amazing job he used beautiful moss rock his design is awesome. We can walk around our pond go inside pond with no problem and I can sit on the rocks and feed my Koi. We are so happy with Jeff's work. If anyone would like to see our pond just let [redacted] know we are willing to have you come look at his beautiful work.

Jeff and his team just finished the new waterfall and streambed for our home in Lincoln. They did an excellent job of creating a new design which seamlessly flows with our previous water feature, and dramatically enhances the overall backyard. He was excellent to work with, both in terms of explaining his vision, and adding in our suggestions. He completed the project on schedule, and at the cost that we had agreed to, even though we had asked for some changes along the way. He also "fixed" the design of our old waterfall and streambed, in order to make it look more natural, and to better blend with the new design. We are VERY HAPPY with the overall results, and are looking forward to enjoying it for a long time to come!

We have had our water feature (small stream bed) for about a year now and couldn't be happier with the final product. Jeff worked directly with us on design options, and created a great design that fit within our budget, contained the details we requested and was completed in a matter of days. We found Rockface Waterscapes at the Auburn Home Show and figured a stream bed would be a nice addition to the front door area at some point in the future. After discussing some options with Jeff, we left pretty excited. He provided a few addresses of recent projects and after reviewing the first one we were hooked and couldn't wait - this is a true art that was immediately apparent. What a new client doesn't see when looking at the fantastic finished projects, is the same attention to detail went into every aspect of the project. The site area was left clean and tidy during the project, he went as far as laying down large slabs of plywood to protect the adjacent cement areas - this extra care was greatly appreciated. And anyone who lives in Rocklin knows what fun it can be digging in this area - they don't call it Rocklin for nothing. When the project was completed a few days later, there wasn't additional work required to clean up the area, he left it looking better than when he arrived and removed all excess waste (and rocks). In summary, if you are looking for a water feature and a professional team, give Rockface Waterscapes an opportunity, see what they have to offer, they will work with you to create what you want and you won't be disappointed - just review some of their work, the projects speak for themselves.

Jeff and his crew are very professional, hard working and polite. Jeff is an artist and built the waterfall so we can see it from my living room, dining room and family room. Love the lights for nighttime too. Also I can hear it when I get ready in the morning. Perfect way to start the day. I gave Jeff my budget and no hidden costs.
