I purchase stuff amounted arround $90 in Rockfile Media, but I never received the item, and the seller not responding my message

Refund i would like to refund because i alredy paid since august 2018
The situation has been explained to the customer multiple times. He has harassed me and others online due to what I assume is a lack of patience.
We are sorry for any delays, but as outlined in our shop terms (which customers have to agree to when they purchase), we are not responsible for delays from our distributors. (These can be viewed at https://rockfile.rocks/pages/terms-and-conditions)
We HAVE offered a full store credit or a refund with the standard 15% deduction for costs (also in the terms), both of which he refused and said he would wait.
He has been removed from many Facebook groups and pages for his continued harassing actions in this and other matters....and now he has contacted you. (I run the world's largest Funko BST group (FPBST) with over 89,000 members, it is just one of several he has been removed from.)
When the items do arrive, we will ship them promptly and carefully as we do with all our collectibles. We really have no idea why he filed this case. Thank you for your time.
