we are unsure of how much the landscaping is going to cost to ensure privacy by placing the pool on the side of the houseIt is our understanding that the cost of developing a landscape design alone will cost between $- $1,000. Our first choice continues to be placing the pool in the backyard as previously discussed with the Rockford Homes Sales RepresentativeIf there is absolutely no way that this can be done, we would like an explanation so we can understand whySince a pool in the backyard would not require any additional landscaping (like the neighbor doors down) or very minimal, we would ask that Rockford Homes pay for the landscape design and the landscaping for the side yard. Since the total cost of the landscaping is currently unknown, we understand that the final design would need to be approved by both parties before either side would accept itSince Rockford Homes already has a relationship with *** *** and can probably get preferred pricing, we would be happy to work with them

Mr***, you were given the BIA Home Owners manual at your pre-construction meeting We have previously stated the procedure in which we intend to apply this fix In that, cut the existing asphalt out from the service walk back towards the garage in what is generally a FT by FT areaWe would then relay the asphalt for proper drainage and seal the driveway to obtain a uniform look (as much as practical) I do not have a list of previous addresses in which this fix has been applied The purchase order and invoice from Rockford to our contractor is proprietary The asphalt is typically laid at a depth of inches at installation on top of an aggregate base We do not believe the depression in the driveway is warrant-able according to the contract However, Rockford is offering to apply a fix to the depression areas between the service walk and garage in good faith

We have however requested a complete list of all of his concerns that does not include derogatory and offensive language since we need to forward...

We also would like to send our V.P. of construction along with our service technician to inspect the home prior to commencing any necessary warranty work. Dear Sir/Madam, I have looked into this matter and I agree that there was a misunderstanding by Rockford's Sales Representative on what was and wasn't allowed to be placed in the rear yard setback of the property in question. I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. We were advised this work will be completed in the spring of 2017.

In an effort to resolve this matter, we have contacted the owner of [redacted] and agreed to pay them to meet with the [redacted]'s and design a landscape plan for screening a swimming pool in the side yard.
