Dear [redacted] ***,This email is in response to your recent issue regarding an exchange of a Silverado jacket.I have not personally spoken to you until I received your information via the Revdex.com complaintI do not have a hour time frame on ANY returns.the store policy is simply no refunds no exchanges clearly on the receipt as well as signage at the check outI am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase and knowing Colorado weather the fleece jacket would be a welcomed addition to your fall/winter/early spring wardrobeI will gladly allow you to exchange for the ruana you saw or a store credit.I have attached your receipt as well as a picture of the signage at the register for the Revdex.com to see my store policies are in the correct places for consumers to viewMy family business is over years and I strive for outstanding customer serviceI apologize for the lack of standard regarding your situationI have learned through my years of retail we can't make everyone happy, all I can do is try.I look forward to servicing you to make your Santa Fe experience a happy one and a future for our Continued business together.Sincerely,Rocki G [redacted] (personal cell)

To whom it may concern:I would like you to know that complaint #[redacted] has been resolved to my complete satisfaction.  Ms. Rocki G[redacted] contacted me personally to ameliorate the situation I described in my complaint.  It appears that there was a certain amount of confusion that was transmitted between me, her and the sales lady.  I want to make certain that no negative publicity attaches to Ms. [redacted] business.  She resolved the situation with grace and professionalism and I am completely satisfied with the outcome.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.Yours,[redacted].
