The same issue with the 46' *** had be repaired twice under no reasons of my ownI just wanted to make sure the piece placed in the TV was a RELIABLE piece (meanig new, not used)If I cant see the piece or retain any evidence that piece is newI dont want nor need the televisionI asked him for the packaging or least evidence of the piece. His answer was you should of asked me before I put it inMr *** has had the television since December of 2017. From then until now I could hve retain the piece or any information bout the pieceI dont want to walk out with the TV w/o me being 100% satisified that I am receiving a relaible TV

Facts: Customer purchase a used TV on 9/5/with days warranty at $ Set came back on 10/10/with no pictureBack light LED strip was repaired and
Customer picked up on 10/12/at no charge Set came back with no picture on 12/26/and repaired back light strip, called customer On 1/2/it was ready for pick up told her it was LED back lights again and there would be No charge The set was out of day warranty when the set came back on 12/26/but I felt morally Obligated to repair it for freeAs I was informing the customer for pick up at no charge She was demanding old parts and purchase record along with her old invoices which she Already had. She told me she needed it for her lawyer When back light goes out, it is a part of LCD display panelNormally it cost as much as or close To a new tv set. Our job is take it apart the panel and repair or replace LED strips which are Not supplied by manufacturersWe use LED chip component to repair strips or recycled StripsIt takes about to hours for smaller sets and to hours for larger sets I understand her anxiety it might happen again but she understood what the term was Exactly As for her a desired outcome of this complaint, regrettably I cannot fulfill it for the reason of Item What I can do is though I can offer her similar size different TV with price adjusted till The end of February of with new warrantyI am trying to accommodate customer Beyond my obligation

Our policy for part sales is no returns or refunds because we have found that when customers incorrectly self-diagnose their device repairs, they return the item that we can no longer sell as new. While this is our policy, this particular bulb has a manufacturers warranty and therefore any...

product defects are covered by this warranty.You purchased the producton Friday and left an angry voicemailon Saturday. Our first opportunity to respond to your voicemail was Monday as we are not open during the weekends. Before we could respond, you made online and Revdex.com complaintson Sunday. If we had that opportunity to speak with you prior to these complaints, we would have advised you bring in the bulb and we would provide a same day replacement due to the manufacturers defect.We have been in business for over 35 years and we purchase our products from long established certified and credentialed manufacturers. Bulbs vary in brightness and life-span and we only use parts that provide the best picture experience according to the manufacturers specifications.We are sorry for your experience.  If you provide us with the defective bulb we will replace it at no charge, or we can reimburse you the $40 that you paid for your online purchase. Either way you have to return the defective bulb so we can return it to get acredit from my supplier within 2 weeks from November 25th, 2017.

I did offered all accommodation to customer to address customer's concerns of product service continuity.Customer still rejects offers.
