the claim due to video evidence. The next contact with Mr. [redacted] was on December 15, 2016. We did have a new manager of this site. She informed him that see would like to see the damage and talk with him in person. She gave him the time that she would be available on 12/16,12/17, and 12/18. He never showed up on any of those days. We in preparation pulled his file to review the incident and came up with the same answer that the damage didn't happen in our wash. Next contact was when Mr. [redacted] called back in 1-12-17 he wanted us to call Warrensburg Collision about an estimate. We contacted Warrensburg collision stating that the damage didn't come from the car wash and that we would not pay. Even the body shop said it didn't look like anything that could come for a car wash. Yes there was a confusion on our part that the estimate for his damages did get paid. It was filed away incorrectly and got paid by our office. I caught it the following week upon review of the account ledger. We called and informed Warrensburg collision of the mistake. They were full cooperative and we canceled the check. The last contact we had was when Mr. [redacted] continued to call the site to find out when we were going to fix his bumper. This is when I got involved and had a discussion with Mr. [redacted] that we in no way are responsible for the damage and will not be paying for the repairs and to please stop calling.
