Review: Items were shipped to me and my credit card was charged for something I didn't order. I called company and they said I was responsible for paying and arranging shipping it back PLUS a $35 restocking fee. I have them 3 days to credit my account which hasn't happened. I have reported the charges as unauthorized to my credit card company.Desired Settlement: They can arrange to have the box picked up if they want it back. I have it inside my home and the box is still sealed. I will place it on porch if they notify me the day prior to it being picked up. I will not be responsible for shipping it back.

Response:

Thank you for contacting us through the Revdex.com. We received your inquiry and sincerely apologize for any miscommunication. We take these complaints very seriously and appreciate the time you have taken to let us know about your experience.

Our records reflect that you enrolled in our Rockin’ VIP subscription program through your initial order for a 90 serving VIP Bag Deal, which was placed on 4/**/2014. The 90 serving bag has an Introductory period of 44 days. As part of the VIP purchase, customers are enrolled in the Rockin’ VIP program and are informed they will receive automatic shipments prior to the close of their introductory period until they contact customer service to cancel or make changes to their membership. This information is clearly stated on the product page to the right of the product image prior to choosing “Buy Now”. There is also a link to our “VIP Terms and Conditions” located with this statement. This information is also generated on your billing page prior to checkout. We also include this information in the “Order Processing” email that is sent immediately after the purchase is completed.

Per the terms of the subscription, on 6/*/2014 your recurring shipment, a 90-serving supply, was charged a total of $119.85 and shipped. Keep in mind that a 90-serving supply with our VIP program is offering more than a 10% discount off of our already low prices.

On 6/**/2014 we received your request to cancel this account, which was done so immediately. Orders are shipped directly from our manufacturers facility, which is why we need notice prior to processing and shipping to cancel. We are not able to cancel them after the shipping team has processed and palletized the VIP packages. We are always able to accept a return within 30 days of the order, as long as the package is still sealed.

In an effort to resolve this matter, I have asked our Returns Department to waive your restocking fee of $35 if the shipment is returned to our facility in the sealed package. Please allow a minimum of 1-2 business days for their team to process the return and initiate the refund. Per our return policy, the customer is responsible to pay the return shipping. If you have not already done so, we ask that you return your shipment per the return instructions provided by customer service. I also confirmed that your VIP account is deactivated, nothing further will be shipped or billed.

Sincerely,[redacted]

Response:

My account has still not been credited. I have reported the charges to my credit card company as unauthorized. I will not arrange or pay for return shipping. I will check my credit card account again on July [redacted] for a credit. If you had reviewed my history of ordering from your company you would know that I have been using your product for over a year and would not be in a "trial period". I love your product but if this isn't resolved then I will no longer be purchasing anything from you. I have told many people about your product but now I will be telling them instead about this negative experience.

Response:

Hi [redacted],

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately we can only refund up to the amount of the purchase and cannot supply shipping labels for returns. We are waiving the $35 restocking fee which would normally have been applied to your order, and we cannot cover return shipping as well. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: I saw an ad for RockinWellness with a special deal , a one week supply for $4.99. I made the purchase and didn't want any more. Looking at my checking account today I saw they took $119.85 out of my account. I managed to get them on the phone and was told, it automatically enroll you in their program. They said to get my money back I have to wait to receive it then return it with a $35.00 restocking fee deducted from the $119. After reading another complaint at Better Business I decided to cancel my debit card so they can't take any more money. I don't know if they will reimburse me with a check but they will not get any more money from me.Desired Settlement: I would like them to reimburse me with a check for $119.85.

Review: Be aware, this company advertises a free or reduced rate 7 day trial of their shake. Only a few short days after the product arrives, they charge your credit card $120 for a 90 day supply. There is no where during the checkout process that they let you know this. There is also no where during the checkout process where they make you acknowledge or agree that you have read or even seen their terms. Once you realize your credit card has been hit with an absurd charge that you did not even agree to, they tell you it is to late to cancel the shipment! If you want to return the product you have to pay the shipping back to them and a $35 restocking fee!! Also, they block people from posting HONEST reviews on their site. They blocked me from being able to post to warn others to be aware of the scam. They also have blocked me from being able to comment on any of their post. That is why if you go to their ** page or website, you will only see glowing reviews. Half of which are staged from their family and friends. If they would spend half of the money they waste on having a team of people having to do damage control on making their product better they may have a chance. This stuff only has 4 measly grams of protein in it!?! It also has so much stevia in it that it gives any shake you make a weird, fake sugar taste. Dont waste your hard earned money on this product. You are better off to buy hemp seeds, chia seeds, maca powder all direct from amazon and build yourself a better, more cost effective smoothie where you have direct control over the things that matter most to you.Desired Settlement: I would like 100% of my money back that you stole from me. You do not deserve to keep my $35 as a "restocking fee". You run a shady business. You can try and control post from unhappy customers but how long can you keep up the scam before people find ways to rat you out. You will learn to do the right thing or your business shall suffer from your greed.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Rockin' Wellness regarding complaint ID [redacted]. I emailed them twice, left a voicemail, and called back a second time. On the second time, I was finally able to speak to someone. They told me I could pay to return the product that I did not order in the first place at my expense and there would be a $35 restocking fee!! All in all, I am still out $45 plus for shipping and restocking fees for product that I never ordered or wanted.

Review: I ordered a $4.99 trial of this product through this companies [redacted] ad. No where in the ad or while ordering was anything mentioned that by ordering this product I would be automatically signed up to be sent more of this product and charged $119 for it. There is only a very small link at the bottom of the page that says vip terms and conditions. The only reason I even know it is there is because after calling and complaining to the company they said well, if you had clicked this link you would have known that you were signing up for automatic shipments.

This is a shady and underhanded way to do business. Not only are they tricking you into buying their product they also make it as hard as they possibly can to return it.

I became aware that I was being charged for a product that I did not personally order when I received an email that they processed my vip order and a separate email saying the product had already been shipped (both of these emails we're timed stamped for 5:06 am) giving me no chance to cancel this order without incurring the 35 dollar "restocking fee" not to mention that I have to pay the return shipping.

This is a completely unacceptable way to treat possible customers. A trial is just that...I buy your product to try it and if I like it I will buy more. I should NOT unknowingly be forced into purchasing more than what I originally ordered!!!Desired Settlement: I want a Full and complete refund and no further charges to my account be made.

I also want them to be made to STOP tricking people into signing up for automatic shipments.

All consumers that have been tricked into this agreement by this company should be released and reimbursed in full with no further charges from this company.

Sincerely,

Review: I signed up to receive a 4.99 sample in the mail from this company. I received my sample and all was fine. 3 weeks later, I had a $120 charge declined on my credit card for a 'VIP membership' to their product. I didn't sign up in this, enroll in this, or even save my credit card on file with them. I logged in to their website, went to my account and went to remove my credit card from their files and it wasn't saved in my account. I logged in to [redacted] and left a comment on their page that I was surprised to see the charge and was upset and for someone to tell me how to remove it from my account. I contacted their customer service department via email on 5/** requesting to be removed from this program immediately and was told I needed to call their toll-free number to discontinue my membership. I didn't receive a return email until 5/**. On 5/** at approximately 2pm I called their toll-free number, waited on hold for 40 minutes and was then automatically transferred to a voicemail where I left my phone number, name and email address and requested to immediately be removed from their program. I then logged on to [redacted] and saw that they had removed my comment and blocked me from making further comments on their page (that explains why all of the interaction on their page is positive and upbeat, they must remove the people that have complaints).

By end of day on 5/**, I hadn't heard back, so I called and canceled my credit card to be safe. As of 9:30AM EST on 5/**, I still haven't heard from them, and they attempted to charge my credit card AGAIN today.Desired Settlement: I request to be removed from this program and receive an apology for their lack of communication via a letter.

Review: I ordered a $4.99 "sample pack" of this company's product several weeks ago. I received the product without issues and thought my business with this company was over. Two weeks after my sample arrived, I noticed a charge on my credit card from this company for $119.85. No where in the process of ordering my sample package, does it say that my card will continue to be charged on a regular basis for additional products. I have emailed this company regarding this issue, and asked for cancellation and refund of my money to my account. I received an email from their customer service department stating that I have to speak to them on the phone between the hours of 10am-5pm EST to have this issue corrected and further transactions canceled. I have since called them every single day during their business hours listed and have waited over an hour on hold each time to get to a customer service rep. I have never successfully gotten through to them. and have left repeated messages on their customer service voicemail asking them to return my call, but they have still not done so. I refused delivery of these goods and had them sent back to the company, and am not in possession of any of their product at this time. I demand that they refund my money immediately and stop any further deductions/charges to my account.Desired Settlement: This company needs to stop all future charges to my account, and should immediately refund the $119.85 that they owe me. In addition, I suggest that the company's website should be adjusted to display the FULL INFORMATION of what you are signing up for when ordering their widely advertised "sample pack" No where during the ordering process of this $4.99 "sample pack" is it disclosed that you are being signed up for a VIP repeating shipment package which is then charged at $119.85 every 45 days. There should be some accountability held to this company to be honest and forthcoming with potential customers!

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by Rockin' Wellness regarding complaint ID [redacted]. They DID refund a portion of my purchase price of $119.85, but still owe me $45.00 as they only refunded me $74.85. As I never willingly signed up for their program, and never received their package at all, there is no rational reason for them to not refund the full amount charged to my card without my permission. I demand they refund the remaining portion of the charges they have charged me. Please see the attached info which is from my Bank Account Website.

Sincerely,

Review: I had made a purchase on the website for a bag of Rockin Wellness. The cost of the bag was 29.99 for a 30 day supply. Received my product, no complaint. Fast forward to a month later and I receive an email stating that I was enrolled automatically for a VIP club and that my shipment of 3 bags totaling 119.85 was on its way. I immediately called customer service and told them I did not authorize that shipment or the charge on my credit card. I was informed by Rockin Wellness that there was nothing that they could do since the product had shipped. But I could return the product if I wanted for a refund minusing a 35.00 restocking fee. I kept trying to explain that I did not order automatic renewals and that I expected a total refund. After going back and forth numerous times the customer service person Steve told me again that there was nothing he could do, it was policy to charge the restocking fee if the product was returned and that was that.

My credit card was indeed charged the 119.85 and I filed a complaint with my bank to get my money back which is currently pending. When FED EX showed up at my door to deliver the product I refused delivery. So for right now I am out 119.85 and do not even have any product.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund that was charged to my credit card.

Review: I was balancing my bank account this week and noticed two unauthorized charges for a company called Rockin Wellness. I have never ordered anything from this company. One was for $7.99 and the other for $119.00. I looked them up, found their phone number and called all day for several days, trying all prompts, finally leaving a message. I also wrote to them three times, and received one response stating they do not know how this could have happened; being charged for items not ordered. I had explained in my email that we use post office boxes in my small boro and nothing had been received in my mail either. I then emailed them two more times demanding that the money be refunded to my bank account. My emails were opened per my return receipt indicator, but they never replied again.I began searching the internet and found dozens of their actual customers who had outrageous charges withdrawn from their accounts, speaking to a man named " [redacted]", who was also the person who wrote back to me.I believe this company is a fraud and that they should be investigated. My bank is looking into this, however, I tried to resolve it on my own, amiably.Thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the two deductions, 1 for $7.99 and the other for $119.00 be returned to my checking account, in full, as I have never ordered from this company and would not commit myself to hundreds of dollars of wellness shakes.

Sincerely,

Review: I initially ordered a 7-day sample of Rockin' Wellness on May **, 2014 for $4.99. I am not disputing that.

On Tuesday, May **, 2014, I noticed a charge to my credit card for $119.85 from Rockin' Wellness, which I did not authorize, or have anything to do with. The company automatically ordered a 3-month supply, without any warning, with no knowledge to myself, and with no written indication anywhere on their website that this would occur. I have read other complaints from people that say the exact same thing and that in order to return the product, the customer has to pay shipping and is charged a $35 restocking fee. How absurd! This company is ripping people off.Desired Settlement: I would like for Rockin' Wellness to refund me my money, including what I will have to pay to ship the product back, and to not charge me a restocking fee.

The company stated the terms of their agreement, but were not overly upfront about it. They are handling the process, but their customer service department is lacking.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered a sample of their product for 4.99. The product came a few weeks ago. I sined no paperwork nor was a sent anything in regard to a VIP membership. This week I get a email from the company saying they have shipped my product and charged my debit card 119.85. I immediatly called the company and left 3 messages. When I could not reach them I called my back and had them put the money back in my account. I left 2 more messages after that and then a few emails.

It is very hard to try and rectify a problem without them responding to my calls. I would not accept the shipment and Fed Ex returned to the company saying I refused the delivery. This is going to happen to many other people if they are not stopped. This is not a way to attract more business but to drive the business away.Desired Settlement: They should not fight my bank chase on the fraudelent charge. Thery should accept it and the product was returned. I do not want them trying to re charge anything on my debit card which has been changed already.

Per the terms of the subscription, on 5/**/2014 your recurring shipment, a 90-serving supply, was charged a total of $119.85 and shipped. Keep in mind that a 90-serving supply with our VIP program is offering more than a 10% discount off of our already low prices.

On 5/**/2014 we received your request to cancel this account, which was done so immediately. Orders are shipped directly from our manufacturers facility, which is why we need notice prior to processing and shipping to cancel. We are not able to cancel them after the shipping team has processed and palletized the VIP packages. We are always able to accept a return within 30 days of the order, as long as the package is still sealed.

In an effort to resolve this matter, I have asked our Returns Department to waive your restocking fee of $35 that was subtracted from your initial refund. Please allow a minimum of 1-2 business days for their team to process and initiate the refund. I also confirmed that your VIP account is deactivated, nothing further will be shipped or billed.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered this product on [redacted] through one of their advertising campaigns for $7.99. A week later I see a charge on my account for $119.85. Apparently in their terms and conditions you sign up for their "VIP Program". I was simply just trying to sample their product. If I liked it I would have tried more. After 2 days and no response via email or phone, I finally get an email from a [redacted] saying that she was going to cancel my membership and I could send the product back but I would have to pay the shipping charges and the restocking fee of $35. They should not advertise that a particular product is on sale and then force their customers to sign up for some so-called VIP program. This is very misleading and they are ripping people off everyday that order from them. When people expect to pay $7.99, they don't want to pay any extra.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to refund my money because this is very misleading and it should not be how they do business. I would also like for them to say in bold print like they do the $7.99, the whole amount that people will be paying. Let the customer decide if they can afford that. If not, then I guess they won't get any sales. If their product is good then they will get repeat business, and maybe people will consider the VIP membership. If not, then move on to customers that are interested.

Review: I purchased from a ad on [redacted] a one week sample of Rockin wellness nutritional shake for $4.99. at checkout is still said $4.99

I received my product, it was great so I got another ad on [redacted] for I week sale for $14.99 and I purchased this, at checkout it said $14.99.

I got my shipment. on May [redacted] I received another shipment from them for something I DID not order and there was an included invoice saying I owe $119.85.

Very confused I called the company and told them I did not order this and I want to send it back.

They told me that when I purchased the first product for $4.99 that I agreed to their "membership" and that the product was $119.85 and when I placed my second order for $14.99 that I agreed to yet another "membership" and owe an additional $119.85.

I explained to a [redacted] that I only authorized the debit in the amount of $4.99 and the second one for $14.99.

He told me the only thing he could do would be to let me return this second one (that I did not order) but I would have a $30.00 restocking fee and I would have to pay for shipping.

I did not agree and told them this was unacceptable and not transparent advertising. I went to my bank account and found that they have debited my account for all 4 charges.

they debited for $4.99, $14.99, $119.85 two times.

a total of $259.68 when I only authorized $19.98.

This company owes me a refund and they should may for the return shipping and not charge me a restocking fee for something I did not order.

I will keep the first two that I ordered and received but I only want to pay the amount I agreed to, which is $19.98.

I have proof of the purchase amounts I authorized and I have a copy of the bank withdrawals from my accountDesired Settlement: I want a refund of $239.70

I want them to pay for the return shipping cost

I will not pay for a restocking fee for something I DID NOT ORDER

Review: I ordered two sample packages of Rockin Wellness to try and see if I liked it before ordering a large quantity. Upon receiving my sample products I noticed I was automatically enrolled in the VIP club and charged an additional $120 on my credit card as well as shipped three large bags of the product. I contacted the company right away and stated I did not want to be in the VIP club, did not want the product and expected a refund. The company responded by saying I had to pay a $35 handling charge and return the product on my own. It is now weeks later and my product has not arrived and according to the tracking system was not delivered to my PO Box. I contacted the company again and explained I would like a refund of my $120 since I did not order, OR receive, the product. They replied by telling me to contact FedEx and track the shipment down myself. I am fed up with this organization and would truly just like my money back, as I was tricked into being placed on the VIP order list and did not want this product from the beginning - and to make matters worse have not even received the product!Desired Settlement: I think the business has a responsibility to refund all charges to my card as their "special" was misrepresented and I never received the products I was charged for.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[I never received the first 90 VIP product which was shipped to me! When I have tried to call the company to explain this, I am re-routed to person after person and the only suggestion made to me was to call FedEx and try to track down the shipment. When looking at the tracking number for my shipment it is very clear it never arrived at the Brighton, MI post office and yet I was charged $119.85 on 5/9/14. I wish to be fully refunded for this in form of a check from the company.

After I received my first VIP order, which I would like to also point out - did not want to be enrolled in - I immediately called to explain to the company I wished to be no longer enrolled in the VIP club and yet received another charge of $119.85 on 6/23/2014 - after I had been told I was canceled from the VIP club. I have also not received this product and IF it does arrive at my PO box, will gladly mark return to sender, however do not expect to pay the restocking fee. ]

Review: I ordered product from this company on 11/**/15. After I ordered. I received an email that my order would be shipping soon. Then, I didn't hear anything back and was also told in an email that the website would be updated with shipping information when the product shipped. I have inquired a few times to see what the status of the order is.

On 10/**/15 they responded saying that the order processing has been heavily delayed due to high order volume and product back orders. I inquired again and got a response on 11/*/15 that order processing is taking longer than originally anticipated and orders were taking 4 weeks to ship. I responded to that email four days later saying that my order was 4 weeks on that past Friday and I then got a response that said 5 weeks.

On 12/**/15, I received an email stating that /my order would be shipping on 12/*/15. So, I didn't see any updated information on the website (still to this day it still says "Processing" and did not receive a shipment confirmation so I emailed them on 12/**/15 to see if there was any confirmation that my order shipped on 12/*/15. I have not received any acknowledgement to that email.

I emailed them again on 12/**/15 asking if my order had shipped out yet. I have not received any acknowledgement for that email either. My order is now 8 weeks later and I still have no product. They have not responded to my emails and I do not have the product. I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. To not even respond to my last two messages that I sent them inquiring where my order is is very poor business. Review: Rockin' Wellness advertised a 7 day supply of a nutrition shake on [redacted] for $4.99. It was meant to introduce you to the product. So I ordered it for my son to try. I did not see small print at bottom of last page, but do not disagree, it may have been there. I received the product on May *, 2014. One week later on the [redacted] there's a $119.85 charge on my card and 2 days after that I get a package in the mail from them. I would have refused to accept the product from FedEx had they not left it on my porch. I immediately called the company. This is when I was told about the fine print which stated another order would be placed in 10 days unless you cancel. I explained I only had the product 7 days when my card was charged. I then learned it was 10 days from the order date. That doesn't leave enough time to test a 7-day product. I was further informed that, regardless of the fact that the box in my hand had never been opened, they would still be charging me a $35 restocking fee. So the $4.99 bag of powder will cost me over $50 once I pay to ship this back to them.

I feel this is completely wrong and horrible advertising. I was also told it was a good thing I did not refuse the package because it would not have gone back to the right department and a refund would have taken much longer. I asked for his [redacted] but he said he didn't have one and he was in charge. He refused to give me his last name or allow me to talk with anyone else. I have emailed the company twice in the past 2 weeks but have yet to get any reply. I don't expect to at this point.

I called again today because each time I contacted them I asked for a return number so I can send the package back. I finally had a nice girl on the phone today who gave me the number over the phone (instead of email that [redacted] said he would send) so I will be returning the package tomorrow.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund without the restocking fee deducted.

I would also ask the company to consider being more realistic with their terms. 10 days from shipping date is not enough time. I work for the post office, I know 3-day shipping can mean up to 5 days or more with a weekend. The customer, as in my case, doesn't have time to make a decision on whether the product really works or not.

The $35 restocking fee is ridiculous. That's 30% of the selling price.

Sincerely,

Review: A few weeks ago I had bought into that Rockin' Wellness promotion, a tryout for $4.99 with free shipping. I thought what a great deal since I've been wanting to try the product ( I had tried it before when they first started and had liked it). I believed in their product but because my husband is going back to school and my hours were cut we just couldn't afford to pay $60 for the entire 1 months supply. So when the 4.99 promotion came out on their fb page I was ecstatic. I immediately ordered the product. I read everything before finalizing the purchase, so I thought!!!! Without realizing what I was getting into I finally received my 7-day tryout (since this isn't about the awful taste I won't get into that). Yesterday a box load shows up at my door. They had Fedex me 3 bags of a 3 month supply at $119? I was charged of course on my bank account right away. I was confused and thought ok this is a mistake I will just contact them. Good luck, it took me 20 minutes to finally get a hold of someone. Since the customer service rep was of no help I spoke to the "[redacted]". He said to my husband, and me how we didn't read the full description listed on the product page itself. He said it stated right on the page how we opt for the VIP monthly supply. I was confused because I know I read what I was paying for. So we went to the page again to find out what it had actually said. I didn't see what he was talking about until I saw that very small blue “VIP terms and conditions” link. I clicked on that and the first part of the terms page said what you are purchasing but it didn't yet say what I had actually agreed to. Then as you scroll further down it finally said with the 4.99 purchase and the "VIP special" with monthly supplies. I was mortified and disappointed. The [redacted] robotically agreed to take back the product but I was responsible for shipping and $35 restocking fee because what the terms had said and there is nothing I can do. I am finding out through research that I wasn't the only one they had done this to. This is a scam and I got caught in their dirty scam. I also heard through sources that there were about 15 boxes a day for the last few weeks being sent back. How is this ok? I am writing this today so nobody else gets caught into their dirty little business scam. I returned the product immediately the same day. I am now stuck with a $35 restocking fee + $8.70 for shipping + $35 for over draft on my bank account (did I mention my work hours were cut) + also my time, oh and $4.99 because I returned that promotion bag by choice, I didn't want their dirty business in my home. If we can't trust how Rockin’ Wellness conducts their business how can we trust their product? I call this bait and switch because they advertised one price but no mention of the subscription cost anywhere on the actual item page or FB offer. BestDesired Settlement: I want a full refund, no fee for restocking and my 35.00 overdraft banking fee and $8.70 shipping cost reimburse. Also I want the VIP disclosure description on the actual item page so this confusion doesn't happen to anyone else.

[First the business did not contact me, but I managed to get a hold of someone after a prolonged wait time of 20 plus minutes and tricking their system to get hold of at anyone at all. After the customer service rep tried to deny they received the returned product, I managed to resolve only part of the issue. I received partial refund from Rockin' Wellness. After returning the product it took about 2 wks to be refunded from this subscription I did not request. They kept $35 restocking fee + I had to pay a shipping fee out of pocket. At the moment I am disputing the $35 charge through my bank because I am trying to get all my money back. To be clear I have not heard anything from Rockin' Wellness directly nor has my bank heard anything as per a recent letter from my bank. Thank you for your time.]

Review: They deceptively subscribed me to a VIP program after I have been a customer for years ordering the same package at my discretion, without any extra notification that I was 1) subscribed to the program 2) how to opt-out 3) that I had a delivery coming up. They claimed to have embedded all of this information 3 times when I was ordering, but I id not see any changes in the order form that I have used previously. I received an e-mail stating that I had been charged and the product was already shipped after only 45 days from my previous purchase date where 90 days of product was ordered. I called them to stop the delivery, and they said that it had already been shipped, and they informed me of the return policy and in order to maintain their high quality I would have to pay a re-stocking fee which amounts to the cost of the product when I ordered it several times before which was $89. The customer service manager did not do anything except stop future shipments on my behalf even after letting him know that it was deceptive and that it was unethical business practices.Desired Settlement: I would like an entire refund of $119.85 and not charged any amount of re-stocking fee or shipping fee.

On 6/*/2014 we received your request to cancel this account, which was done so immediately.

Review: Company automatically enrolled me in an "autoship" option without my knowledge and I called to cancel this option. No one was or is available to talk to and have not responded to my calls or my emails, even during their specified business hours. They proceeded to charge my account and ship the product to me without my consent.Desired Settlement: I will return product and expect them refund my money
