I I am sending this headstall out as soon as the leather shows up which is any day now. I am sorry for the delay.

I am rejecting this response because:it is not what I ordered and [redacted] emailed me on Nov. 12, 2015 and said that she would send the saddle conchos and tugs the next week. Once again I have been lied to because it is now Dec. 30, 2015 and have not received them. I want a full refund of $489 and want this nightmare to be over!

Review: I purchased a horse headstall bridle, breastplate and wither strap set in the amount of $400 paid in full thru [redacted] on March 15th 2016.

She stated she was sick for 2 weeks and would need another 2 weeks

On May 10th I contacted her and she said set would ship out the next week.

On May 20th I contacted her about my order and she stated her leather supplier had not mailed her the leather yet and it would arrive Monday May 23rd and would be shipped may 26th

It has been 14 weeks and I have not received my product that I have paid for in full.

She continues to email me excuses and reasons that contradict her previous excuse. Either she is sick or waiting on leather. I ordered this set on March 15th PAID IN FULL. Shouldn't the leather have been ordered them?

I am very dissatisfied and fell I am being totally scammed and I will never receive my product that I paid for.Desired Settlement: I either want my set in one week or a full refund.

I have been in contact with this buyer right along the process of making this custom set for her. Everything is correct with the exception of timing. I did tell her 8 weeks, and I did tell her that I was sick for 2 weeks and the set was delayed for 2 weeks. It has been 10 weeks not the time she is saying, from March 14th to May 26th is 10 weeks which is exactly what I told her I would do. I have the order coming tomorrow and will ship shortly thereafter. I even printed a shipping label for that day to show even more good faith. [redacted], please check your calendar, you are making a mistake on your timing.

She answered me May 10, 2016 and said item would ship that week. I emailed her again May 21, 2016 and asked when my item would ship, she answered and stated would ship no later than Wednesday May 26, 2016. Today is May 31, 2016 and I have not received any conformation or information regarding my item being shipped. She is not being honest.[redacted]

Review: My 12 year old daughter and I picked out a headstall from [redacted]'s website and paid via [redacted] on June 10, 2015. I have emailed numerous times requesting when I should be receiving the headstall. Not all of my emails were responded to. In October I received an apology from [redacted] and she printed a shipping label and stated the product would be shipped out the following week. It is now 6 months after the order was placed, and I still have not received the headstall. The timeline of our interactions is listed below:

June 10 - order placed/payment processed

July 7 - Response "It's in the works"

July 31 - no response

August 14 - no response

August 30 - Response "checking on order. Will get back to you"

Sept 11 - response "It's shipping this week"

Oct 10 - no response

Oct29 - response "It will ship next week" Shipping label printed

I am rejecting this response because:My last correspondence with [redacted] stated I would be receiving the order by Christmas. I emailed before Christmas asking if should be expecting the order, but she did not respond and I continue to wait for my product. When she does respond to my emails, she always states that it is "in the works," or being "shipped next week." My order and payment was processed on June 10, 2015 and it is now December 31, 2015. In one email, she even stated this is her easiest bridle to make, but the leather keeps getting missed on her orders...FOR OVER 6 MONTHS?! Her custom tack came highly recommended to me, but I have been less than impressed by her lack of regard for the customer. I can not say anything about the quality of tack, as I have not yet received it. I attached the most recent email conversation from December, copied and pasted from my email, I had with [redacted].

Review: I sent a leather western headstall in for replacement of the conchos that were damaged. I sent the piece in for work April 22nd, 2015. I also purchased a headstall and paid via [redacted] at the same time. I had an agreement with Stacey that both items would be ready for shipment to me within a few weeks. Approximately July 1st I contacted the vendor, as my items had not been received. She indicated they should be ready soon . I waited over another month before contacting the vendor again. When I did she apologized and indicated that the problem was with a supplier. But the story didn't add up, so I filed a complaint with [redacted] to recover my money from the purchased item never received. [redacted] ruled in my favor and I received my money back. The vendor sent another set of emails to me indicating that she would return my headstall. It has been several weeks since that, and I have not received my item bck. I am very disappointed that this online business who I trusted has stolen my headstall by failure to return as promised.Desired Settlement: I want the headstall returned, or to be reimbursed for the cost to replace it. I'd estimate it would cost $150 to replace it.

Review: This my story of why I do not recommend this company. I started to converse with [redacted] February of 2015 to have a custom tack set made for my horse. This included a 3 concho head stall with matching breastcollar and saddle conchos. She was very willing to work with me on designing a set. We finalized a set and I proceeded to pay her through [redacted] on February 9th in the amount of $489. She said I would receive it in 6 to 8 weeks. I emailed her on April 23rd to inquire how the set was coming along. She said she was in process of making it and should be done in a couple weeks. I emailed her again on May 21st. She said she was on vacation and would check with my order and get back to me on Monday or Tuesday. I did not hear from her and still no tack set. I emailed her on September 22nd and no response. Within these months I also called her and left messages but never received a call back or talked to her. She emailed me on October 2nd and said she would ship it on Monday. I finally received it on November 4th. Unfortunately I received a very poorly thrown together cheaply made set that is not even close to what I ordered nor custom made! The dots on the head stall were supposed to be copper and they are silver. The buckles are painted which they were supposed to be an antique copper. The head stall is not tooled. The "Swarovski crystals" are plastic! The breastcollar is cheap leather that has stamped tooling on it. The stitching is crooked. The buckles again are painted. It is missing 8 conchos and the center concho is small which was supposed to be big. The breastcollar is pony sized which would never fit my quarter horse. I did not even receive the 6 conchos for the saddle. I emailed her on November 12th and asked her for a refund. She replied that she would not refund my money due to the fact that it was a "custom" made set. I called [redacted] and they said they could not help me because they have a 6 month policy.Desired Settlement: I would really like my money back. [redacted] advertised for a custom tack set to be made within 6 to 8 weeks. The set I received after 9 months is most definitely not a custom made set and she failed to complete the order by not sending the 6 conchos for the saddle. The quality of the leather and crystals and how the pieces do not match and pieces are missing in no way deserve the price tag of $489.

This set is the exact set you ordered. Made just like you ordered,granted, it did take much longer to get it to you then expected. As for the size of the breast collar, I have NEVER had anyone complain about the size. This is the very size I send out on all of my breast collars and have ordered extenders for you and will be shipping them out as soon as they come in. If your horse is larger, you should have asked for a larger size then standard. Your saddle conchos will also ship with your extenders. Thank you.

The first picture is what my tack set was to be similar to except mine was to have antique conchos and copper dots and the crystals were to be light and dark purple. First off...the leather quality is cheap. You can see that it is stamped which means she bought it and did not cut and make the leather herself which is what custom means. The headstall is not tooled and the breastcollar is tooled. The stitching is horrible. She painted over the antique buckles with some ugly color paint. The headstall is missing the buckle ends. The dots are silver. The "crystals" are plastic! The breastcollar does not have any of the conchos on it and the one that it does have is too small. It has silver and gold hardware which is a no no. She never has sent the 6 matching saddle conchos. I have never spoken to her because she never returned any of my calls. If you need anything else from me please let me know. Thank you!

my response is, this customer was told this set is a "blank" I have just within the past month changed this set over to having it custom made. The breast collar SHE ASKED for a floral tooled roping breast collar which is what she got. These blanks do ot have copper dots, this was NEVER discussed. The spots on the headstall are and were always silver spots. As far as the painting( NEVER HAPPENED) As far as the plastic crystals, I NEVER use plastic ONLY Swarovski crystals are used on ALL of my "bling" tack. This set is CUSTOM! I order these sets custom as they are ordered by my customers, the conchos ar also custom as per the customers request. As far as sizing, there was never any request for special sizing and this was made for a standard horse which I have NEVER had a complaint about anything to do with this set from any of the other dozens of customers that have ordered it. I am done talking about this order, the tugs just came in and I am waiting on back ordered copper conchos as soon as they show up I will send them out to this customrer. Again, I talke responsibility for this order not getting to the customer in a timely fashion HOWEVER, I state clearly on all the pages of my website that I have a NO RETURN POLICY on all custom items, which is the way for most custom orders from companies. I am always willing to work with my customers but I cannot refund monies on items I have already spent that money and my time on.

Review: On January 17 2015 I ordered a custom bridle at Rockin Y Tack. The owner helped me very well and was very quick in her replies to some questions I had. We agreed on the specifics of my order and on a price. On the same January 17, I paid her the agreed amount through [redacted]. On her website, it said that custom bridles take 6 to 8 weeks. But having heard nothing from Rockin Y Tack for two months, I emailed her on March 13th to find out if she could give me an update on the progress with my order. There was no answer, so I emailed again on March 21. Again: nothing. On March 30, I sent RYT a third message asking for a status update. On April 3, I received a message from the owner stating that "the leather was on its way to me as of today". That sounds rather overdue to me, since I had placed the order 2,5 months earlier. She added that my emails had gone to her spambox due to a problem with her internet provider. I asked if she could give me an estimated time to arrival and she answered she was still waiting on the leather to arrive, 3,5 months after my inital order! She added that she would let me know when it had arrived and I quote: "it will be shortly there after that it ships on to you." This promise was made on May 5. On June 5, I again demanded an explanation. And still, I received no answer, nor any kind of apology or explanation. And I still didn't know when to expect my bridle.On June 13, I decided to give RYT one more chance, before I would file a complaint against the business. On June 19, I finally received an email from the owner saying she found my email and she would check my order and "be right back to you." But as I'm writing this complaint on June 25, I haven't heard from her since. So, it's been more than five months since my inital order and the communications since then have been terribly meagre. I have already paid a considerable amount of money and I'm starting to lose my patience with all this. I demand to have this problem solved by Rockin Y Tack ASAP!Desired Settlement: I still would like to receive my custom-made bridle, made exactly to my specifications, for which I have already paid 345 USD, within 2 weeks from today (so that would be July 17). Furthermore, I would very much appreciate a written apology. After all, I've been kept waiting for more than 5 months, even though it says to expect a turn around time of 6-8 weeks. If delivery is not possible for whatever reason, I demand to receive a full refund of 345 USD on my [redacted] account.

Review: I ordered/purchased a headstall from Rockin Y Tack on 11/7/13. I waited for confirmation of shipping through 12/7/13 and began to question the whereabouts of the headstall. I was multiple attempts to contact Ms. [redacted] with no reply. I had to wait until the 18th of December to file a complaint through e-Bay. On the 18th I indeed filed my complaint and received an e-mail nearly immediately from Ms. [redacted] saying she had fallen on some life issues and apologized and would get my headstall out to me by Friday (two days later). I told her I wanted my money back because it was well past the promised date and she broke the contract but she would not refund my money. Since the headstall was promised to ship so soon 12/20/13 from her contact with me, I agreed to let her ship the headstall. On 12/20/13 she e-mailed me saying she tried to ship but I had a hold on her account and since we "resolved" our dispute, I needed to close the e-Bay case so she could ship the product. I went ahead and "resolved" our dispute against my better judgment. I gave her until the 23rd to e-mail me the tracking number. When I didn't receive a tracking number, I e-mailed her and she gave me a number which turned out to be a number assigned from her home but never was scanned into the postal office. She said the post office doesn't always scan her packages and she would investigate. I called e-Bay and they would not help me since we "resolved" our issue.[redacted] asked me to change my rating on e-Bay to excellent (since I left a negative comment purely based on fact - poor delivery - poor communication - excellent product). She said she would send another headstall out on 1/10/14. She has not shipped the "2nd" headstall and refuses to reply to attempts to contact her via e-mail from e-Bay, PayPal or me.Desired Settlement: I would like reimbursement for the product I never received yet paid for on 11/7/13. The cost of the item plus shipping was $219.00.

Review: I ordered and paid $159 for a headstall and shipping on April 19, 2014, from the Rockin Y website with an advertised turnaround time of about 3 weeks. On May 16, 2014, I emailed the owner and asked for an update. No response, so on May 20, 2014 I emailed again and the owner said '...the leather is on order...'. On June 18, 2014 I submitted a money request for $159, because at this point, I wanted a refund. On June 24, 2014, I emailed the owner, reiterating my request or some other form of remuneration for the excessive wait, as well as how detrimental this is to all small business owners. It is now June 27, 2014, 9 weeks from the date of full payment, no word from the owner, on an item with an advertised lead time of about 3 weeks. I just want a refund.
