The customer's initial request came in on Friday 12/11/at 3:pmHer request was for a repair of a leak in her hot tubMy technician went out and met with Ms [redacted] on Monday 12/14/It is protocol that when we go out for a leak in a pool or spa that the only way we can guarantee the work is if there is a leak detection; to insure that all leaks are found and that there will not become further issues from "guessing" where the leak isThe technician told her that he would be performing a leak detection, which Ms [redacted] agreed to doThe leak detection was performed and an additional leak was foundThe leaks were fixedMs [redacted] was given the price and breakdown of the service, she paid by check, and the technician left the homeAn hour or so later, I recieved a text from Ms [redacted] stating that I had taken advantage of her children and taken away from themShe went on to send pictures of her children, whom I was told afterwards are illIproceeded to tell her that I run a business, and just like every other business, there are set charges and feesI went on to tell her that the technician gave her a discount on the leak detection, because she had complained about another company that she recieved a quote from that wanted to charge her $just for the service callMy technician also schooled her and showed her general operation and troubleshooting advice on her hot tub, which we call Spa School(and normally charge $for)He didn't charge her for this I recieved a text from Ms [redacted] again today, Tuesday 12/15/stating that there was another leak, and that she was reporting me to the Revdex.comI sent her a message and asked her to call meShe never did, but did message me with a video of the leakI sent her a message saying that I was very sorry that she was unhappy, and that there was another leakI offered to have a technician come back out and check to see if the leaks we fixed were the ones again leakingIf so, I would stand up to my guarantee to fix themI work very hard for my business and to keep my reputation spot freeAgain, I am very sorry she was unhappy, but she never voiced it until after the technician left the jobI again stand by my guarantee to fix anything we worked on before that may be loeaking again

The customer was outside while the techs were there and knew everything going onMy tech is a certified scuba diver and dives pools, but there is no neex to dive a spaSo yes, waders were used and epoxy was usedWe do not use puttyThere were leaks, they were fixed and we have never had anything like this happen in our businessWe recieved notification from our bank that the payment by check that Ms [redacted] gave us for services was returnedSo, in essence, she has not paid for the services she is complaining about.I offered to fix anything we worked on that was leakingBut, as of now, I am out my money for the job, as well as fees my bank has charged for her returned check, and fees for filing the check with the DAI will not work for free and should not be expected toAnd its that she was quoted something dollarsOur service calls alone are

As the video shows you did not fix the leakI cancelled your checkI never should have paid you in the first placeThe jet was not the problemI removed the panel and replaced the tubingYou should have known when so much food coloring was going in the jets at once, and with the pouring out the sides that there was a leak in the tubingI mailed you a check for for coming out and doing nothingThis was the amount you quoted meSeriously, to charge someone $ for 1/hour job of putting putty to not fix something is unheard ofTo not give a quote in advance is bad businessI've written reviews about your company hopig I can stop an innocent victim from being outrageously overchargedStop harassing meYou will get no other monies, because you did not fix my tub

You are contradicting yourself by saying I quoted you $87.50, then in the end of your paragraph saying it is bad business not to quote a price before coming outThe Tarrant County District Attorney's office has the check, as of this morning and will take it from hereThank you

This pool was drained and acid washed, skimmer throat leaks fixed, as well as many, many feet of cracks fixedI do have photo proof of the job, as I do with all jobs. This is an old pool and the surface has many stains, some of which can't be removedThe pool is in need of resurfacingWe went back
out to check for additional skimmer leaks as well as to backwash and clean filter after the initial jobThe issue with the check being cashed is this...I personally go pick up payment, especially when its a big job, to go to the bank to make sure payment is good while my guys are still on the jobIt is nothing personal, I have had wortless checks written to meMy guys were out on the job in the morning, and into the afternoonI will be happy to get a tech out to fix anything that we initially worked on that might need attentionThank you, *** *** *** ***

I was quoted a charge of $over the phone on Friday at 5:pm and informed that the charge would go towards repairs I knew exactly which jet was leaking and that I had a small leak around my light The leak around my light was so small that it hardly ever changed the level of the water, but I was afraid it might be dangerous The technician and his son arrived at 2:pm on Monday I showed them where the leak was and was told they could fix it He asked his son to get some epoxy from the truck and I asked if he could do a test with food coloring I saw on a youtube He then went to the truck himself to get waders on and I assume food coloringHe told me he found the leaks and could fix them with putty I asked him if I needed to empty the tub and was told noThis is not how you fix a hot tub! He put the putty on, which really doesn't work in water and said it was fixed I listened near the spot and heard water running I told him I thought it was still leaking and was informed that it was just water running through the pipes This was a lie since the tub was off I asked for the charges, assuming they would be no more than the $for a 1/of work, and $of putty I was then told they would be $ My tub is still broken The wrong jet was "fixed"He only put putty on half my light and it still drips The materials were used incorrectly on the wrong jet If the charge was going to be for over the amount of the service fee I should have been told up front before the work began This company should not be doing business this way! It is a crime to charge over $1,an hour for work that is not completed correctly It should be a crime to not inform the customer up front of the charges they are to receive especially when they are an absurd amount

I was quoted 87.50, not I'm looking forward to seeing you in court

Untrue, filter grids were replaced last summer The filter cleaning was 80sh dollars and the service The quote was given with a 10% off special through Thumbtack My check was for dollars They did NOT clean out the pool they merely cleaned the grids It was over a week later that they made it back out to reclean them and re add the DE They never cleaned the pool or added chemicals

The initial call was for a one time clean and also a filter cleanMrs***'s pool was full of leaves, and very much like a swampHer filter pressure was above filter pressure should be between and We got the pool cleaned and cleared, as well as filter cleaned, and pressure down
to She called us the next day and said her pressure was still at poundsWe went back out did another filter clean, as well as blew out all lines to be sure there was no Xbox ligs anywhereWe brought the pressure down to pounds and told her we couldn't get it any lower than that due to the filter grids needing to be replacedShe said the grids were not to be replced, and normally stay We let her know there was nothing further we could do until she gets grids replacedShe did request monthly service, but we could not provide the service because of the situation with her filterShe was never charged for monthly serviceMs*** was charged for her one time clean and filter clean onlyBesides, our monthly service is $per monthShe was never quoted for pool service because we told her from the time we initially went out that if she couldnt get pressures down, it would be impossible to clean the pool due to trash blowing back into poolThis issue boils down to the custmer not wanting to do the repair necessary to make the pool function correctly
