Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The statements made by [redacted] & [redacted] are all lies and they are the delusional ones Past tenants have said the same thing about them ripping them off with eletricity and there deposits I have made complaints about them to the county because they made us dump the septic tank which was illegally put in and now they have to pay a lot to have it done right [redacted] & [redacted] had a plumber come out to look at septic and he couldn't do anything because it was full again days after we had it dumped We had to pay $to have (2) gallon drums dumped The company that came out said they had never seen anything like it and didn't want to charge us but had to I have numerous pictures and video of [redacted] illegally pumping out the sewer with a hose and putting sewage onto the neighbors propertyI'm not sure why [redacted] has the need to spread vicious lies about me (She even came into my work) she needs to focus on the real issues which is the cabin she rents and take care of basic issues like the sewer system, the electricity which is also illegal because it is tied into there barn and arena The real reason why they want us to leave is because they want to raise the rent and she even text me saying that they will be raising it after the lease is up The [redacted] are slum lords who pick on people and I honestly think they are racists This will all be sorted out in Court and I can't wait for that day Regards, [redacted]

I'll stand by my first response. The current renter does not even know previous renters.  This is actually my daughters cabin and she lived in it for four years prior to us renting out when she moved out of state.  We've only had one previous renter and they left on good terms. Any items the current renter has brought up to us have been addressed in a timely manner.  This renter has not paid their past utilities nor their rent on time.  They have tried to find every way possible to point the blame at us instead of taking care of their responsibilities.  I'm not sure what this renter is trying to accomplish.  We have followed the lease to every letter.  I believe part of the issue is they were so desperate to leave their past behind they didn't even read what they signed.  Many of the issues they've brought up and complained about were spelled out completely in their lease before they moved in.   She continues to speak of mold which is no more than a stain on the ceiling where a previous leak had occurred.  We've just finished having heavy downpours of rain and there has been no new leak.   I could go on and on  but the bottom line is they haven't paid their rent and utilities on time so we have issued a 3 day notice to vacate.  With their history of bankruptcy and other financial issues, this should come as no surprise.  We've had rental properties for over 35 years and this is our first complaint.

There is no mold in the house.  We have fixed the leak in the roof.  [redacted] is delusional.  This is a pattern with her and she comes up with these types of things on all houses she rents.  I've spoken to her past landlords since my problems with her began and she does this at...

every location she rents from.  I offered her to get out of her lease and return her entire deposit and she declined.  She must not be that miserable.  She doesn't pay her rent or her electricity and she doesn't think anything she signed in the lease document matters.   I don't care what she says or does.  Again, she's delusional and I have many folks from California and Utah that have said the same thing.  There's a reason [redacted] is in a position she's in.   She's filed bankruptcy in the past and when she arrived at our place she didn't even own a fork. The cabin she rents from us is totally furnished down to the forks and knives in the drawers.  It's a very nice cabin and all she does in complain constantly.   She continually does these ridiculous things like reach out to the Revdex.com.  I don't own a business so not sure how this will effect me but I'm willing to not worry about it because she's not well.  She's called the COunty, that didn't do any good because we've worked with them for years and always deal with any issues that come up.  She's called the police and they dropped the issue.  She continually just keeps calling and calling everyone to try to get us in trouble.   I can't wait until she moves out.  That date can't come soon enough.  Again, I say, why didn't she accept the offer to move out and I would return her full deposit since she seems to be so unhappy.   Case closed.
