I Purchased 4 total $331.60 concert tickets for the rockingham County fair on August 17, 2017. Upon receiving the tickets by email that showed on the front of each ticket the date the time who the concert was for the row that I'm sitting in the seat number and then if you turned it around to the back it stated VIP package includes and it stated Q&A with *** appetizers free poster, free lanyard. Was able to meet him before the concert included all of the stuff I called the fairgrounds to ask what time we should be there they was not sure they gave me an email to someone I emailed them they said they would send out the information five days prior to the concert. Three days prior to the concert I heard nothing I sent another email to days prior to the concert I heard nothing I sent another email I called the fairgrounds back in the end they said that was not a VIP ticket I then asked why does my tickets state everything that is included and it says VIP on it. I got off the phone with them called two more companies ended up calling the fairgrounds back they ended up telling me to call the company back that sold the tickets to see if there was any more VIP tickets available...the lady from the Fairfrounds to tell them that it was their mistake and I guess to see if they would honor the tickets. Long story short I was never ever able to get anyone to get back in touch with me in regards to this so I missed out completely on the VIP package I went to the regular concert so I was extremely disappointed that my ticket stated all of the stuff and no one could tell me the time to be there and I missed out on more than half of what I should've gotten for my ticket.
I have proof of phone calls made to everyone I have proof of emails that was sent to everyone in here again no responses and no answers.

We received multiple calls from this customer concerning this issue and our Box Office Manager, as well as representatives from the ticketing company, explained to her that the tickets she purchased did not qualify for the VIP Experience. All of the tickets, because they are printed on similar stock, had the wording on the back. The only tickets that qualified for the extra benefits were those which cost $189 each and had the wording VIP Experience on the front of the ticket. The pricing difference was publicized for months prior to the event. The customer's tickets were verified repeatedly and did not qualify for the benefits since she did not pay $189 per ticket.
