To whom it may concern,[redacted] purchased a new 2016 Ford [redacted] on 4/276/2016 she came into the dealership to have a radio concern that she claimed was intermittent that when she pressed the saved button on the radio that she has stored under that preset it would work and that it tried...

to save the station she was currently on ? we had a technician that tried the radio several times and could never get it to act up as she described we even went as far for customer satisfaction to order her a new radio from Ford Mtr Co and we installed it and it worked fine just like the one we removed. The customer came back said she was still having the same issue even after we replaced the radio with a brand new one the service manager [redacted] went out to the vehicle and watched what the customer is doing when she pushes the radio button what [redacted] discovered is that she holds her finger down on the button too long so it now saves the radio station she currently is listening to not the station she wants to go listen he showed her several times how to properly use it to no avail I guess from this complaint ? I contacted Ford engineering in Detriot they said they have heard of the same operator errors in the past and that we should bring her out to a brand new 2017 Ford [redacted] sitting in our inventory and have her try to do the same thing on that vehicle so that she can see it's nothing to do with the product or the two different brand new radios that are now been installed in her vehicle. I have  tried to reach her to set this up and will continue to try since she does not have an answering machine on her home phone at [redacted].Thank you very much, [redacted]
