Review: I purchased a warranty on the car , once I sold the car I was entitled to a refund. Spoke to the dealership on many occasions but they will not submit paperwork for the refund. They told me they will but never did.Desired Settlement: I need the dealership to submit the paperwork to the warranty company to process my refund.

[redacted]’s service contract was cancelled as of March **, 2014 the vehicles miles at cancellation was 81000 miles. Pursuant to the terms of the contract it was cancelled on a pro rata basis less a $50 cancellation fee and any approved claims. [redacted] paid $2000 for his service contract. Based on mileage, the cancellation amount due is 15.61% of the amount paid for the contract resulting in a refund of $312.22 before the cancellation fee and approved claims. $312.22 less the-$50 cancellation fee and the $323.83 Valve Cover Gasket Claim paid on January **, 2014 results in no refund for this cancellation.
