This patient was seen in my office many times between and She has an insurance plan BCBS, which sent the insurance checks directly to the patient instead of sending them to the doctorThis is because I'm an out of network providerThe insurance paid $directly to the patient for
visits during those yearsInstead of sending in the checks, the patient kept the moneyShe had received numerous bills and phone calls over the past years that went unansweredShe was first put into collections about a month agoThat is when she contacted you instead of calling my officeAs a follow up to this, her husband called me on Monday and explained that they had moved to Pennsylvania and may not have gotten the letters, etcHe paid the bill to make everything right and was a very nice man Sent from Dr Ira B***
