Regarding the operation of the alarm itself, Ms*** recently came to Toyotaof Riverside, and we sent a technician there to answer her questionsThree times duringthat meeting, Ms*** told our technician and the Dealership representative that thesecurity guard heard the car alarm sound while he was in the parking lot at her churchwhere the theft occurredThe fact that the purse that Ms*** had left on the frontseat was stolen is unfortunateHowever, the alarm sounded when the breoccurred
In the response you sent me, I also saw Ms***' description of the alarm'sperformance at the inspectionTrue, the alarm did not sound when she applied pressureon the outside of the passenger windowBut when anything was touched in the interior,the alarm sounded immediatelyIn the past we have found that if we increase thesensitivity of the alarm to respond to light pressure on the windows, customers call us toreduce the sensitivity to avoid having the alarm triggered by wind or someone passingfrom an adjoining carThe alarm thus functioned as designed

Review: Rockledge securities alarm system fail to work. My 2015 Toyota Tundra was purchased on 11/21/14 and my veichle was broken into on 11/25/14. Spoke with oliver the owner and said a Rockledge tech would look at the truck alarm system,and he concluded that it wasn't sensitive enough? The tech was reaching in the car with windows open and he honk the horn and that made alarm go off, however when I BANG on my windows and try to force the doors nothing would happen. A witness to this is [redacted] the manager of service department at Toyota of riverside. Clearly their alarm system doesn't work. I bought alarm at the time of financing. Rockledge guarantee up to 2500 if theft occur with in the first year. My veichle is in hamblins body shop because window was broken frame bent, damage to paint, also damage to interior leather.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back on the alarm. I also would want Rockledge to give me what their company guarantees the 2500 dollars.
