I attempted to make a purchase from Rockler using a VISA credit cardWhen I checked the status of the order on line, it indicated the order was "on hold." I subsequently called and their customer service rep indicated a problem with the cardI received no phone call or email from Rockler to resolve the issueI was told they would fix the problemTwo days later, the order is still on holdI call them again having not received any correspondence of any further issuesI was told there was still an issueAt that point, I cancelled the order and began working with a more competent organization
I have discontinued all business with RocklerTheir customer service commitment is nonexistent and extremely low priorityTheir shipping policies and shipping times are the worst in the industry
